Staff and location are just what I expected--excellent!

I would suggest free bottled water everyday when room has been prepped especially the week I stayed in Rome the temperature was extremely hot.

Location is excellent, parking place at the door. The staff is very friendly.

Single room is not comfortable, very unfourtunate position of the furniture, I missed a chair for sitting, to be able to work on computer. That is at least one would expect in a 4 star accomodation.

5/5 stars! The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Perfect location for walking to all the main sites, and having secure parking was a massive plus. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay in Florence.

Amazing Coffe break. Location up to 15 min walking from the train station and most ofattractions, which is close enough to main attractions and far enough from the crowd and noises during the night. The hotel seems a palacete with old style furnsihes in the spirit of Firenze. kindly staff. large room with view for hotels Garden, which is beatiful.

Besides I didnt use, the parking lot costs 30 euros per night.

Location was perfect! Staff was very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Also we traveled with our dog and this was one of the rare properties that didn’t charge us for this service.

Very good location, so near the city center, good and tasteful breakfast, nice garden. The room was very big and beautifull.

Historic building well located offering all you need for a enjoyable comfortable stay in Central Florence.

The room was tiny, but it was warm and cosy - much appreciated in December! Even if I arrived few hours before the check-in, I could access the room and enjoy the city without my baggage. The breakfast was delicious and the personel friendly and very helpful.

My single room was not so fancy as on the pictures and it was not possible to open the shutters to get some sunlight.

Perfect location, 10-15 minutes walk into the centre, you can choose a slightly different street to walk down each time and see a different piece of Florence. The main thing for me were the staff, just the absolute best - really made our stay a great experience. Old world charm.

Rooms could do with a few more sockets - but you can't have everything. The smallest negative.

Niko was amazing such a friendly gentleman. Also the room was very comfortable (large bed) and it was in a very quiet location which is rare in Florence.

I have stayed in Florence many times, and the location was the best I've ever had when I've driven to the city. Close enough to the sites to walk but not in ZTL (restricted zone) so no stress with driving in Florence. The bedroom was delightful - lovely features - nice to have a fridge. Absolute bonus to have a swimming pool after hot days of site seeing. The reception rooms were very nice.

The bathroom is a bit small when two people want to be in it. I think the parking is quite expensive and, as it was critical to us, I think you should consider your budget. The pool was a bit crowded and the loungers were close together, but I guess a lot of guests wanted to use it!

Great location, well within walking distance to all monuments, restaurants and bars.

Very clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Friendly staff especially the breakfast service. Very good breakfast choices. Room was really big too with our own terrace which was nice!

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom towels were quite old and thin and off-white. Had definitely seen better days. But clean & changed daily of course.

The location of the hotel is close to the center, so all the sights can be reached on foot. Also, the hotel has its own parking lot, so there is plenty of parking space. The hotel also has a swimming pool.

Parking space is paid.
