Plus Florence Hotel & Hostel

The hotel is located fairly close to walk to center of the old city and restaurants, and its also about 20 min of walking to and from the train station

The room was so tiny and stuffy, it felt really claustrophobic. No space for luggage at all, the AC didn?t really work and opening the window didn?t work much either cause then you have a gazillion mosquitoes! Also, it felt like a student dorm.

The amenities were amazing for the price

There is a no food in the hotel room policy that's is not very convent. We had leftovers in the fridge that went missing whil we were there.

The behavior of the reception staff member named Mohammad was not warm, friendly, or appropriate. Despite the fact that I am a student at the University of Florence and was temporarily visiting as a guest, I expected a more professional attitud

Love the location, the indoor pool, the bar/restaurant/breakfast buffet, and the clean and modern style washroom with bidet.

room is basic but suited my needs for one night. I liked the mix of private rooms and hostel type bunk rooms... good for a family

The location was very good!

Our room was next to street so around 5 a.m. the noise of trucks woke me up. Also, the hotel is closed to an Irish pub, so at night you could also hear a lot of noise.

The breakfast was great. It was an amazing price and convenient. The building was well-kept and clean.

Room is spacious, common area with pantry, nightly events in bar, terrace is a lovely place to relax while in the hostel. Our go to place whenever we visit Florence.A 10-15 minute walk from Firenze SMN train station

Loved my room with a private balcony! Was so nice waking up to the view. Everything was clean and maids came every day. Loved the restaurant and bar area as well. I ate there twice and both meals were great with super friendly service. Used the laundry facilities too which was convenient. Staff were all welcoming and kind. Fairly central location as well, I walked everywhere. I would come again!

Could have used more towels/toilet paper. Would have been nice to have a fridge and kettle but its okay. Having the balcony was amazing however there was a bar right outside which caused noise at night. Nothing too major, I really enjoyed my stay!

A lot of amenities are only open 2 days a week which isn’t reflected when booking, there were 2 left over pieces of trash from previous guest, woken up at 7am by bull dozers on the beach that were very loud

Friendly staff, nice and comfortable room, big enough for three people. We really loved this place and wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Not super close from the train station but you can easily walk there if you’re able to. We loved the notebooks we received and I’m going to keep it as a memory of how incredible this trip was. Thank you so much ?

The location, tidy, have lift.

The bed, the ladder of the bed, its quite painful as it is sharp on the edge, aside from that i don't have any support to go down the bed as well as a curtain in the top bed, when someone open the lights, it will reflect on the one sleeping in the upper bed. the heater its really hot, i mean 30°C is quite too much, the personal locker in the room even if you put a padlock it will still open when you twist it.

Location, some amenities such as restaurant, pleasant staff in the bar/restaurant especially. Good cleaning generally, although I think duvets should also be changed since they don't have covers. I saw them just being shaken, folded and reused.Good to meet international travellers. lIn my first 4 mixed dorm it was balanced with one other female but once I moved they kept placing me and 3 males. That should not be.

Sewage smell at times, the breakfast needs more options in the buffet for non-meat eaters -- hummus, more cheese varieties, nut milks, etc. 11 euros is a lot for fruit, yogurt and cornette. The barista coffee should be included in the buffet as the machine coffee is not good.

Mainly the indoor pool and sauna. Location is within walking distance to Duomo and central station. Kitchen is minimal but ok.

One guest who I thought checked out already just burst into the dorm room when I opened the door and slept in a bed that clearly has someone's tag and belonging already on it. When I tried to tell him nicely that someone is already there, he started yelling and threatening me. I called security who tell him he can move to another empty bed in the same room and told me that he "lives" here. So it's a homeless shelter too ?? That doesn't make other guest feel comfortable. I complained to front desk that night but he was still given card access later on which was surprising. I had a good stay here back in 2024 but not sure anymore for future stay

There is a carefour nearby, so it is convient.

Staff is really friendly and the place is clean, budget friendly. If I visit Florence again, I'll definitely stay here! ?

Everthing is nice and comfortable, the breakast delicious , and it's cheap , the rooms was clean and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, staff is helpful , highly recommend, and i will stay again when im in florence.

Just to pass to the other building , and the elevator was so slow ...

We had a private room. The beds were great, the room was awesome! The only thing is there needs to be outlets by the beds. Other than that fantastic stay.

Plus Florence was so clean and the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating!
