It's so old and musty. And breakfast starts at 8 am. That's too late.

The Balcony was great, location is good if you don't wanna go anywhere by car, parking hard to find and it takes ages to get in and out of the city by car. You can walk downtown within 20 minutes, which is super nice. Grocerie stores close by.

The hotel matches its 2-star status. We had no problems until check-out.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. After check-out, we realized that we had forgotten a wallet on top of the wardrobe. When we returned an hour later, the staff gave it back to us, but the money was missing. They said the wallet had already been empty.We reported the case to the local police. Unfortunately, the hotel administration refused to record our complaint and reacted in an unfriendly way. Because only hotel staff had access to the room, we believe they may be involved.

It is near the city centre and bus stops and there are groceries nearby too. Its location is calm and quiet. The room was clean and tidy.

The rooms are very basic, for example: there’s no fridge and no tv with internet connection. As there’s no mosquito net on the windows, we couldn’t open the window even for a while because loads of them were everywhere. We couldn’t use the wifi in our room as it lost the signal fully.

The hotel stay in good location

The room was so hot and to have air conditioning you had to pay extra fees 5€ per day

The room is nice with a ceiling window. Large window in the bathroom and spacious also. Near bus stops also but the neighborhood has not much restaurants. Breakfast is also ok.

No elevator so you have to bring your luggage upstairs.

Staff was incredible and made sure we knew how to get in and out and answered questions about anything.

It's alittle far from the 'main' attractions for walking.

It is convenient to explore San Marino and near to rimini.

There were many vintage decoration items and it is not safe enough if you have a child under age 5.

Very simple accomodation, good for 1 night, very simple breakfast but you dont need to.look for the morning coffee -great cappuccino:) nice view from the balcony to the garden: bóg tree, lemons trees and orange trees and the shell of jasminum.

Very oldfashioned furniture ,but beds are comfortable so there is everything what you need for 1 night, no glasses in the room.

Perfect staff! Franco went out of his way to help us. Comfortable room with bath products and old hair dryer. Our room was clean and larger than normal rooms. We have a beautiful balcony for several rooms.

Hi, the room is good, is near downtown, the room is good as well, the only problem is the front desk guy... he is not very welcoming.

The location was ok

I was in a bottom floor room and you can hear everybody coming inside, it was extremely loud! So I didn’t get much sleep

It was a very easy check-in, check-out process. The breakfast was good as well.

The shower water pressure was not ideal, but it didn't affect our stay.

We liked the hotel, it is well located and very cozy. They offer a continental breakfast, which is very good.The room was spacious and cozy, with everything you need. The room and bathroom are clean.It is not located in the historic area, you must travel by train or bus. It is an 8-minute walk from the Firenze Campo Marte regional train station, which connects to the Firenze S.M.N. central station, which is located in the historic center.

Warning do not stay here!!! The location is horrible. There’s not one restaurant around. There’s no parking. The beds are hard as rock. The bathroom was dirty, and I got bit by some bug in the middle of the night so noisy people upstairs banging around thin walls and the proprietor was completely unfriendly would never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.

Horrible experience!! So noisy I didn’t sleep all night, long not to mention being bit by bugs!! Nothing even close to walk to. Breakfast was the biggest joke ever. Packaged croissants that have been sitting there for about five days and something that they called juice, which was I think tang. I asked for a cappuccino, and the woman looked at me like I had two heads. So unaccommodating!!! Do not stay here!!!
