The location and ease of automated check in

The fact that you had to 1) pay a surprise city tax and 2) have to leave it in cash in the key box

The location

The restrooms from the lobby was terribly dirty .Rooms are very smalll

The location was great, the self check in was easy, the beds were really comfortable.

The hairdryer was not working in our bathroom and as there was nobody at the reception i texted them on whatsapp but did not receive any reply. A hairdryer was left for us a couple of hours later in the common area, however it was too late. We have arrived late at night and we did not have any drinks in the minifridge. We had to leave the premises and buy water from a pub nearby although they had a vending machine at an upper floor. I would suggest including this type of info for the guests upon arrival to make the stay more comfortable.

Location was convenient to taxis, room was good, elevator available for luggage

We had to take the elevator up and then walk down a flight of stairs to get to our room

The location was good. The staff was helpful (through whatsapp) and the room was comfy.

Although there was a kettle in the room, there were no tea bags or coffee or even water. Also the shower was a bit small.

It felt more like a self-contained apartment/airbnb setup.We received a WhatsApp phone regarding check-in, there was never anyone at the reception to ask or complain. Our room was extremely noisy due to the Irish bar below, with people shouting and screaming throughout the night on street, so we got very little sleep. Additionally, the room was small for two people, there was a funny smell coming from the bathroom, and the toilet seat was loose. We also found that the kettle provided had only one cup, and there was no coffee, tea, sugar, fridge, or milk. For £80 a night for the 2 night stay, which was charged before we even checked in, the experience was quite disappointing.We’re looking forward to a good night’s sleep now that we’re back home.

Very nice Hotel. Clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Located walking distance from the main attractions and close to the main train station. Very happy overall with my stay. Would highly recommend.

The location was perfect in the centre of Firenze near to the train station. The communication was good and the staff were great. The bed was very comfortable.

The shower was okay and the entrance lobby was dark.

Location was good, walking distance to most things, or bus stops nearby. Short walk to the train station too. Place was fairly clean.

The hotel desk isn’t manned most of the time, so if you need to leave your bags there you just leave them behind a coded door that everyone else staying there has the same code. Shower could do with an upgrade as it seemed a bit old with build up on it, and water pressure wasn’t great. Bed is quite hard too

A little more clarity around the time reception is open. You can leave bags in reception but there is no one there to keep an eye on them. Reception does not open until 3pm until approx 9pm

The place is very clean, close to the center of the city without being in the crowded area (the location might not seem safe, but it is)

The place is a bit small. But very practical for 1- 2 days in florence
