Hotel Rapallo

The staff was very welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean. The location was off the town center, but everything was within walking distance.

It¿s a charming hotel. Slightly outside the core and that makes it nice and quiet. Good AC. Such friendly staff. They even provided complimentary waters.

The professional staff and the true Boutique hotel experience..

The only thing I can say is we asked for a non tourist restaurant recommendation. Unfortunately we didn¿t get that but rather a very touristy and more expensive recommendation. We found better on our own.

Air conditioning didn¿t work well in the rooms due to the heat outside. Should have provided fans. Mini fridge didn¿t get very cold either.

What a wonderful experience! The hotel was lovely, clean, and charming. The room was comfortable and bright. The staff was excellent! Staff were especially helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The friendly staff were so helpful, kind, personable, and charming. They could not have done enough for us. The breakfast was good, and the afternoon tea was a lovely addition to our stay. The room was a wonderful size, very clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable from the very beginning. I also truly appreciated the kindness of the staff in allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled.

The room did not fully match the pictures shown on Booking. It did not have a proper window, but rather one that did not allow natural light to enter the room. This made the space feel darker than expected and different from what the listing suggested.In addition, the TV could not be connected to the internet. I spent about half an hour trying to make it work, and the reception staff later confirmed that the connection issue is known. This is something that should be fixed so future guests do not have to deal with the same inconvenience.

Superb location. Easy to walk to everywhere. The staff went above and beyond, reception staff were very kind and welcoming and the breakfast staff and chef/bar staff went out of their way to help. Lovely room, very comfortable, beautiful bathroom. Exceptionally clean.

Nothing. The stay was just great.

Everything was very good except from breakfast which is repetitive and does not have many choices. The selection of salty products is fresh and tasty but if you stay more than 2 days at the hotel it becomes boring to find the same things even if they have an à la carte menu which offers more ways of preparing eggs. For a 4 star hotel a more diverse breakfast is recommended for both sweet and salty products. I must admit the guys who served the breakfast were so kind and polite as well as all the hotel staff.y choices

Respect for ecology - clean towels very day is not necessary. I needed to ask evry morning not to have them changed.Lots of stuff - shoe cleaner, ear buds, soap, toothbrush, shower cap all in little boxes.But no liquid soap for the shower!

The room was spotless and comfortable, the location was just a short walk from the city centre and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great value, quiet, clean room and an easy walk into the centre whilst being close to a tram stop for the airport

The area it’s situated in isn’t the prettiest but it’s totally safe

Loved everything except we felt the depth of the shower was a bit difficult to climb in and out of.

The location and the room was good.

The breakfast. There was hardly any food. It was 8.30am. The scramble egg were very dry and the bacon looked like its been sitting there for many hours as there was only few pieces and very very dried. The cure meat has off smell to it. There was no butter you had to ask for it and its old. The staff look like he didn't want to be there. Later other clients starting to arrive and the room was almost full. Everyone had the same feelings. Maybe it was xmas day. The next day was a little better. I didn't expecting much but for a 4 stars I was hoping the breakfast could have been a bit better.
