Pros +

The location was great and within walking distance of so many great attractions including a grocery store. The room itself was charming and had a very functional kitchen.

Cons -

The listing did not disclose that there is construction occurring in the building and surrounding areas. What was also not disclosed is that the room is adjacent to a night club that plays incredibly loud "thumping" bass until 4-5am each morning.
