Pros +
- I was traveling as a senior citizen and alone when a health issue arose. The sensitivity and concern of both Hotel employees were quite simply laudable. The hotel is impeccable; the staff simply remarkable! Thank you Hotel employees.
Cons -
- Absolutely nothing. Al was impeccable; the hotel, the location and most especially the extraordinary care and concern I received from Beate and Irene under quite trying circumstances.
