Location was great, breakfast was good

Bed was very uncomfortable, parking was in a public garage but we had to park right in front of hotel to check in and then she told us about parking in the garage, it was confusing

L¿accueil a été très chaleureux et convivial! Et l¿emplacement est vraiment fantastique!

La salle de bain manquait un peu d¿entretien et de rafraîchissement. Comme le sol de la douche n¿est pas aucunement délimité, le sol devenait très glissant. Il y a également un soir où on a manqué d¿eau chaude!

The staff was fantastic.

You cannot beat the location. Just steps away from the Duomo and the main shopping street. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and they had a good breakfast included. Other than a small bathroom every thing was great.

Nothing! It was superb!

Great location! Right in between the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. My room had a window to a side street, so I did hear the trash/cleaning trucks early in the mornings. Street noise doesn't really bother me, but sharing becuase that may be an issue for some. Breakfast was fine. Great service! Will definitly stay in this hotel the next time I'm in Florence!

This was the perfect location for our Florence visit. It was very close to the city center and the train station. The room was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful.

It was the perfect location. The staff were all brilliant. Special mention to Sabrina, who was always helpful and cheerful. Will definitely come back.

It was close to everything.

It was so incredibly busy, I would not stay there again for that reason as well as the staff is quite stand offish. My employee sprained her ankle badly going down their stairs. They were not helpful at all.. Had to beg for ice to put on her ankle. It is just not a customer service oriented hotel, which can be frustrating to say the least.

The location is a win-win, right in the heart of Florence, walkable distance to all the attractions, the room was pretty spacious, clean and very comfortable, they have elevator ?

We came to Florence by train and this hotel is centrally located so it was easy for us to get to all the things we wanted to see and do. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with maps and information. Breakfast was good and easy to access.

Location is outstanding! Literally steps to the Duomo. Elevator situation is not ideal. We had to bring our suitcases up 2 flights of long stairs. This would not be ideal for anyone who has large bags or any mobility issues.

The A/C did not work in our room and it was very hot. Breakfast was marginal.

Nothing, I didn’t get to stay there!

Horrible! Do not stay there!!!! I booked a room at Maxim Axial, and when we arrived they said there was a problem with our room so they moved us to another hotel (a 2-star TERRIBLE hotel) and never reimbursed me! I paid for a 3 star and had to sleep at a 2 star for the same price. And I would have never booked that other hotel they put us in, absolutely disgusting. Horrible treatment, you cannot do that. Be careful, scam!!

The location was exceptional! All we had to do was step outside, and we saw the Duomo. We then knew where we were. We loved the eating and shopping options on that street! Room was a nice size for Europe. And breakfast was great! Thanks for letting our granddaughter come for $6 a visit.

I would have loved more instant decaf in the room, and in the breakfast area.
