The man who checked me in at night was super helpful. Even arranged a taxi for me for the next morning. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Pretty complete. Some warm offerings. Gym-actually had a serviceable bike that was upright not recumbent. Yes!

I paid for a single room and the bed would only fit one person that's for sure. Would have been nice if it was a full size or even a queen. Guess I'm a spoiled American!

It was clean and comfortable.

The location was terrible to get back to at night. I didn't feel safe walking back from the station to the hotel and found it difficult to get to.

After a long vacation with extra suitcases we decided to stay at this hotel because it was close to TV he airport. Very convenient if you have a car. Rested well and made it to airport on time.

Nice large hotel. Free parking. Secure. Very quiet for that large hotel with 250 rooms. Out of traffic zone.

Breakfast is ok for 3 star. For 4 star it needs improvements.

The location is great if you’re looking for something just outside the more busy areas.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. When we asked for additional pillows we were not provided with them. The staff appeared (in my opinion) annoyed with my requests.

The room was very large by European hotel standards. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable with fresh linens. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent. The breakfast, while not the most versatile, was excellent—everything was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed it.

While I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, I did not like the strong smell of chlorine that started each morning when housekeeping began cleaning the rooms. It was an unpleasant odor.

Location and Parking

Our bathroom toilet broke, and took a while to have it fixed. They ended up changing our rooms which was nice

Staff was helpful. Extra pillows provided, called a taxi on 2 occasions for us.

The distance from the train station didn’t seem accurate to us. You might want to have someone check that out and include walking directions.

The breakfast was nice. Very clean facilities. I liked that the hotel was secured behind a gate.

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Classic Italian hotel. Very grand, large reception - good facilities ie gym. Pool was closed due to time of year. The staff are mostly friendly at reception. The hospitality in Italy is quite good, not as warm as Greece, but still they are very nice and helpful when you ask them questions. I found them to be straight to the point, some friendlier than others. The friendliest were the breakfast staff, in particular Gustavo - I came to breakfast at 9.57am and he got me a coffee and seated me. He made me feel very welcomed and respected. Gustavo is a lovely restaurant staff, I think he should be manager. He was saying bonjourno to everyone and the ladies at the breakfast were also very friendly. Gustavo was a highlight of the hotel.I am very happy with the breakfast too and the service.

Location is not central BUT the hotel is very large. The hotels in the city are very small. I prefer this location because the bus is 20 minutes and very good exercise to walk from bus stop to hotel.

The room was spacious & clean. They had a pool and a bar. Great place to decompress after trudging through the city for a week. The restaurant had a good selection & reasonable prices. Staff was nice

I can 100% recommend this hotel, 10 minutes by public transport to the center of Florence. Bathroom, room, breakfast 10 points
