Yes.. horrible this is not a 4 star hotel. Handle in shower came off wall and could not use. Mold in bathroom.

Rooms were clean, modern and well equipped

Located near the airport, but no shuttle service provided. Had to use a taxi.

I made the reservation on line and chose a "triple" room as there were 3 of us. Upon arrival I was told the "triple" indicated the size of the room and not 3 people? I was charged more for the room than what was indicated on the website. This is crazy,

Room was well appointed, very clean and ready to move in to. A/C worked fine. All amenities were fine, worked and were clean.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Excellent Hotel in good location tram stop directly opposite the hotel. Only 5 minutes into town.

Very solid location, the tram station is 50 meters from the hotel, and then after 7 stops is the city center. The staff is polite and helpfull.

Hotel parking was full when we’ve arrived, but we’ve managed to park on the street.

Great location to stay just out of the busy hub of Florence. Especially if you have a car. It is right on the tramway into the city and located next door to a supermarket and across the road from a mall. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast.

Parking isn’t great but it’s free.

The hotel is close to the Florence Airport, which is why I booked this location. It is best for someone in Florence for business or looking to be able to access the Florence Airport easily. We were there for less than 12 hours and really only slept there before our departure from Florence. It is a nice residential area with a park, a large grocery store, and a few restaurants in the area. The room was very nice, although not large. They had a wonderful wardrobe mirror that had fold-outs from the wall that provided a three-sided view of yourseld which was an unexpected and nice feature.

The room could have been a bit larger, but it was totally adequate.

The hotel was on a very convenient and family oriented location. The staff was very helpful specially Mr.Philip who was more than ready to help us in every way possible

Great location, right by the tram station.A lot of stores and restaurants nearby.Very comfortable pillows and beds.

If you are coming with a car beware that parking is small and they don't reserve yout spot.We arrived at hotel late afte a long day and we were counting on a parking space as we were parked on hotel parking the day before. Unfortuantely the parking was full and we needed to search for parking on the streets around hotel which was kinda unpleasant.Also the bar in the lobby is pretty expensive. I am used to hotel prices but 18 euro for a small beer and one shot of amaro is a bit excessive.

Low variety breakfast, shower not able to maintain same temperature for the hot water.

Good location outside city centre, free parking onsite. The staff were excellent after our complaint.

First room after checking in, bathroom sink blocked, shower door did not close, poor paintwork…. In need of decorating, carpets in hallways, hoovered but filthy with stains.Second room after complaint about the first room, still very shabby, but the bathroom was at least functioning. This room was on the 10th floor and unbearably hot..in November… AC is not allowed at this time of year, so no sleep!!

Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of hotel and room. The staff was very responsive to my emails before and after my stay.

The fact that there were no English channels on the TV and that the hair dryer plug wasn’t the right one for the receptacle.

Perfect location to take the tram into the city center and to the airport. The stop is directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind.

We could not adjust the temperature and the room was very warm. We had to open the windows.

The staff were helpful, the hotel was well positioned outside the hustle and bustle of the city but with easy access to the tram, breakfast was delicious and the room and bathroom were both a great size!

The shower temperature did tend to fluctuate a little but this was only a minor thing.

Convenient location near the airport to stay the first night Checked in late and the staff were still in great spirits.
