Air conditioning was not turned on yet and we had to leave the window open otherwise the room was too hot and stagnant.

I really enjoyed my stay there, it was really nice hotel, clean, and the staff was really good and kind with us. I would recommend this place.

The only thing was the location, it was just a little far from the attractions.

I had a nice room that functioned well and was larger than average. The staff was excellent in every way.

It is way too far from the city center, and was way too modern/contemporary (in an 80s way) for Florence.

Good location, nice clean hotel, nice staff.

Parking was very expensive, 120€/4days.Double bed was two beds pushed together, were always moving away.No view.

Hotel is perfectly located in a comfortable distance from the tourstic crowds. Rooms cleanliness and level of housekeeping service is exceptional, more like a 5 star rather than 4 star experience, even woth an afternoon preparation of bed and room for sleep.Overall - hotel is very well managed and run. Staff is great.

Caters very well for families the rooms are ideal for families - the breakfast has a great selection. You can easily reach the centre by by following the river. Rooms clean, use of tennis club nearby

We were confronted at check out to leave a 17 euro tip for the staff I understand the request but it is not typical that you are confronted at check out desk to leave a tip. Tipping is usual after you are offered a service like luggage service or room service none of which we used ourselves so I found this request strange.

I liked almost everything in the hotel, the staff was very friendly and the room was really comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were exceptional. Overall atmosphere was good. Really close to city center. Bathroom was comfortable with enough facilities.

A little bit problem was there with hot water, at some point it was burning hot for few seconds. It would be also better to have better wardrobes.

Breakfast - very bland, not specially tasteful, just plainRoom - Door did not seal very good. There was constant draft and noise in the room (705)Gym - not even basic tools

The location of the hotel is very convenient; just 1 stop away from the train station by tram. It’s clean and staff are very nice and hospitable.

We booked this hotel for a night at the opera and that was only a five-minute walk away. The walk to the centre of town is longer, but there is a tram almost directly from the hotel to the main railway station.

The breakfast was ok by Italian standards but nothing to write home about.

Hotel shut off the airconditioning so it was quite warm in the room.

Little bit far from the center

A fairly modern hotel in a reasonably quite location a little far from the centre but did not cause a problem as tram station right outside the hotel.We arrived early and was able to checkin as rooms were available, check in staff were pleasant and reasonably helpful.

The restaurant and bar staff were not friendly and did not help much on requests. Very limited toiletries in the bathroom. The heating in the bedrooms did not work as the hotel said it's not switched on.Beware of the shower in the bath very slippery as not rubber mat provided.Personally the hotel was expensive for what you got, then I suspect that's Florence.
