Reception is only staffed during day. One evening the code wouldnt open the door ... i dont know why and suddenly it worked, but i was worried for a while.

Perfect location, quiet but close to the old centre. Good price for value. Very nice breakfast. Owner very supportive . Room and common areas cozy and modern.

The only point I felt not fullComfortable is the heating system in the bathroom and in the room. The air conditioning is used as heater and the heating in the bathroom disconnect after 10 minutes. But it is manageable, I had only to get used to it. Despite this I will return and re one d to everybody

It was exactly what we needed. Bed was excellent. Quiet.

The breakfast does not suit people with food intolerances.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the help booking a taxi and easy check-in.

Our room had a window into the WC. Running the shower left the room extremely humid. The window to the outside opened to a small balcony where people would smoke. For a couple of nights it was fine.

Extremely poor soundproofing: my room was right next to reception, and loud conversations and music were clearly audibleImpossible to sleep late or enjoy quiet time in the room due to noise from receptionOnly reason I was able to cope staying in the room is that I was alone and could use ANC headphones at all times. If I was staying with someone else it would be unbearable.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in Florence! The rooms were spotless, modern, and seemed newly renovated, with a strong air conditioner (a must for the Florentine summer). The room came with nice touches like house slippers, a hair dryer, a large TV, and a very comfortable bed.The location is simply the best - it is within walking distance to all the major attractions and the train station. We especially loved walking by the river each morning on our way to the city center. The area feels very safe and pleasant, being close to several embassies and well-patrolled streets.The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Important thing to note (for travellers with physical limitations) is that since the building is historic, there’s no elevator When our train was delayed, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage for a few extra hours. That's such a thoughtful gesture!Breakfast was simple but lovely - it's a classic Italian-style breakfast with fresh coffee, pastries, and other light options. (For travelers from the US or UK who expect eggs and hot items, it’s good to know this is a typical/classic Italian setup.)Overall, this is a wonderful, safe, and convenient place to stay in Florence. The combination of clean rooms, great location, and warm hospitality really made our visit special. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The price point seemed a bit on the high side for 2 nights.

Lovely room and bed very comfortable. Very safe as well.

Breakfast area was a squash and the actual choice of things was a bit limited.

We needed this location. Check in and staff were fine.

The room was very small. It had no coffee maker though it was supposed to have one.

The room space and tipology (w/ a mezzanine) was the most adequate for our case, a family of 4, as well as the location of the hotel, 10 min. walk to Ponte Vecchio, along the riverside.. A very quiet neighbourhood in the River Arno front (back street). Also the silence of the hotel.

the breakfast variety was not the most proeficient, but the space of the breakfast room did not allow for more. "Petit hotel" must be taken into account, although, as previously said, the room was very spacious.

Not as close to some of the places in Florence that we wanted to visit.

The hotel has a good concept. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are modern.

The room smells not so good. The breakfast is poor.

Staff were super friendly! Daniel made us feel welcome throughout and is a credit to the hotel. The apartment room was a nice size, the room came with a smart tv and the air-con was amazing considering how hot it was. The location was about 20 minutes to the centre and was in a nice and safe area of the city.

Nothing for us but there is no lift if you’re disabled.

Everything at the GoGo’s was perfect ! Friendly management - breakfast food delicious and everything was clean. My family and I will definitely recommend to our friends and we are hoping to come back ! ✨???

I liked the fact it was in a central area just close by the river and you could walk easily down to ponte vecchio in 15 min

The A/C was noisy so I suggest some maintenance also I didn’t like the window which was on the inside of the building so very poor light in the room
