We had an amazing stay at this modern hotel in Firenze! The beautiful and well-decorated rooms are big, clean, and come with coffee machines, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety of high-quality products to start the day. The hotel also provides free parking, which is very convenient.Although the hotel isn’t in the city center, they offer a free shuttle service. There’s also bus line 23 just a 5-minute walk away, running every 15 minutes throughout the day until around midnight and taking only about 15 minutes to reach the center.The staff are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. We will definitely return here the next time we visit Firenze. Highly recommended!

The property itself looks good and nice. Good restaurant area and entry. The location is good/bad. There were regular apartments with people looking from the balcony all around the hotel.

The room was terrible. The aircondition was not working, there was a football field nearby with screaming people all night. I dont want to start about the bathroom. There was a continious smell which didn't go after so many perfume i used. The shower was small. I didn't fit there and I am not big. For the money I paid, at leastit could be clean.

Staff was ultra knowledgeable and hospitable. Dinner was excellent as was the breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and felt very safe.

Overall we have had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! Breakfast had great variety of options and all were of good quality. We really enjoyed it! Beds were also exceptional, we slept amazing and that was a huge surprise! Staff always helpful and kind. Hotel is located out of town, however there is a bus service owned by the property with regular slots to the town which was really convenient!

It is situated in a nice neighborhood very close to the bus stop.Everyone was very friendly and ready to help us whenever we asked them. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. We really appreciated the transfer to the city centre.

The only problem we had was the shower, it was so small we couldn't move inside. If you take out the bidet which most people don't use and make it larger, the bathroom would be perfect. I found the little cupboard in the bathroom very useful ☺️

Only first night had issue with the bed sheets but they solved it hopefully it won’t happen again that affects hotel reputation

We wanted a location which wasn’t in the center so it was okay for us. Rooms were nice but the shower cabin was tooooo small!

First, very small shower cabins. Second, what we didn’t like is how slow the problem with drainage in our room was solved. We had to wait to get it fixed for almost 2 days. Staff at the restaurant wasn’t very welcoming and always looking unhappy when we were coming in the evening.

Staying here is really value for money. Breakfast selection was great! Room was also cozy. Connecting to the internet was a breeze. I loved the patio area outside the restaurant.

The location wasn't very ideal as they are located outside the city center; but they make up for it by providing multiple shuttle trips to and from the city center.

Clean new place, the receptionist was very helpful, reccomending us good parking garage near the old city. There is a shuttle free of charge to the city and back with reservation. Very convenient. The beds were comfortable.

We chose this hotel based on the advertised amenities, particularly air conditioning, but were extremely disappointed to find that the A/C was turned off throughout the entire hotel — despite being advertised. Our room was stuffy and uncomfortable, forcing us to sleep with the windows open, which led to a swarm of mosquitos. I ended up with at least 10 bites and barely slept.To make matters worse, the bathroom light couldn’t be switched off, keeping the room partially lit all night. We informed the reception, but our concerns were ignored. The noise from the garden in the early morning also made sleeping in impossible.Cleanliness was below standard — the shower was not clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best: canned fruit, flavorless cheese, a very limited selection of vegetables, and the cooked items like mushrooms and courgettes were served cold.The staff were unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the multiple issues we reported. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the money and not reflective of the standards promised. Location - far from the centre. Over 45 minutes bus ride.

The reception staff were mostly friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was delightful and offered a variety of food, and the property was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was exceptional, and I really appreciated the free shuttle service to Florence Old Town. A quiet and convenient place to stay.

The time for the return shuttle is at 19:30, which is quite early for visiting Florence.

In a hot day we couldn’t use the aircon as they said it “hotel policy “ so what the air con for? It was not comfortable as it was too hot . A shower was the smallest I ever seen my partner couldn’t fit in it . So be prepared . At 8 pm someone open our door and tried to walk in on our room!!! Called the reception they apologised as it was a mistake . So they check in someone to our room ?! Also the floor was dirty we had to wear shoes all the time Location is very far from the Florence and not much around . I wouldn’t come back to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it

Lovely staff, very helpful. Great breakfast options and easy to get shuttle into town. Would stay again and recommend.

Gym facilities very small and room had no windows - the only minor downfall. Otherwise no issues.
