Staff were accommodating and the location was excellent

No refrigerator in the room

Close to the river and excellent restaurant on the top floor.

Location and staff were wonderful!

The room was beautiful. The staff were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. The views from the rooftop and the breakfast dining room were gorgeous. The decor was so pretty. There was an opera at the church next door and with the windows open, we could hear everything! It was like a special gift given to us! I could have much longer!

The eggs were not warm, but everything else was so wonderful, it did not matter. I know if I said something, the staff would have fixed it, so I am not complaining.

It was clean and had a central location.

We didn’t have a mini fridge at the room.

Room was in a Great walkable location, clean and staff was friendly. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable - shower was tough to use without soaking the whole bathroom.

This is the coolest boutique hotel I've ever stayed in. It has so much personality and historic charm. I don't think they make them like this anymore.

It is in a busy part of the historic center, so there may be street noise until 2am. It is also a very old building and you will hear your neighbors a bit.

The room needs upgrading -floors, bathroom moulding.

Staff and service were great. Location fantastic, meters from the Ponte Vecchio.

Be advised, showers are separate compartments outside the bathroom, in the bedroom and are narrow and may not be suited for everyone.

We loved the location- on the ponte veccio so central. The property has an amazing rooftop restaurant and the vibe is so cool. Wonderful colors and prints and a wonderful vibe. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful

Small elevator on the main floor so you have to be strong to lug it up the stairs but once there no issues.

We loved the location, the rooftop bar, the views from the breakfast and lounge rooms, and the friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good!

Wonderful, great decorations, location, breakfast & staff

Location was perfect, close to everything. Receptionists were FANATASTIC, so friendly, professional and helpful. Decor of whole hotel was wonderful.

Slow elevator was well worth all the more important plusses of HH. We loved our stay here in every way.

The staff here went above and beyond to help my friend and I to finally get our lost baggage from the airport (we had waited an entire week). The rooms were nice but the location can be a little noisy at night.

It would be great if vegan breakfast options could be added to the menu besides just fruit.

I liked the decor, location

I liked it all, however not sure how rooms under the kitchen on the fourth floor would have been like the: noise we were lucky.

This hotel was stunning! So well decorated and the view was beyond expectation, the hotel staff were so lovely and accommodating it was a really nice welcome - thank you for a lovely stay!

Nothing it was brilliant. The bathrooms were a little outdated, but the shower was hot and everything worked great so not really a complaint!

The location is absolutely perfect, right at the Ponta Vecchio. Within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and shops, and of course, the amazing cultural attractions.

I found it quite noisy, my bedroom window opened down to an alley where on a nightly basis the locals would gather to smoke and drink and shout and fight.

This hotel is perfect for beautiful, stylish, comfortable, homely and cosy. The location is excellent. The staff were excellent. The breakfast exceeded expectations and the whole hotel was really clean. This is where we will return. Remember to also go the rooftop terrace whit an incredibly beautiful place and wiew.
