Hotel Panorama

The location is perfect for going to Accademia Gallery and Piazza del Duomo. We got the quadruple room which consisted of a queen bed and two single beds. It was perfect for what we needed.

No info on parking Road construction out front made it nearly impossible to drop off luggage safely!

Cute neighborhood close to good shops and dining

The air conditioner in the room would not go lower than a set amount and in the summer it¿s really hot. Had to open windows to get any sort of air flow or breeze. Very stuffy and hot. Mini fridge didn¿t seem to get very cold either.

Nothing was similar to the shown pictures. Service was bad. They did not allowed me to start AC even though it was hot. There was not enough lights in room. Receptionist was rude. Very disappointed with the hotel. It is supposed to be 1 star compared to 3

A bit far from the centre

Location is very good; staff uniformly friendly and helpful; breakfast excellent.

This is a two star hotel--furnishings were not even IKEA quality.

Near the sights in Florence. Clean room and comfortable beds.

We had 2 rooms. A/C in one room did not work well, which was not fun in July.

The hotel was clean, the staff very polite and helpful, the location within great walking distance to the city centre and all we wanted to see. The best part was the secret rooftop patio. Perfect for that afternoon glass of great Italian vino.

There were some loud sounds from the heaters at night, so its gonna be an issue if you’re a light sleeper.

Fantastic location. The reception was incredibly helpful with everything including fixing a parking space for us.

Lovely family hotel, they made me tea in the evening and we sat and chatted about Japan, England and Italy. As my party was all 3.

The staff in reception speaks english very well. The breakfast is okay.

The smell of room 34 is awful. There is no hot shower, and the wash bowl is not functioning.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Most of the rest is fine. The bathroom of our room and the room itself was OK.

There is an odd request to leave the room key every time you have to leave the hotel, being a little inconvenient (although there is staff 24 hours at the premises). The hairdryer did not work fine and we ran out of wifi the last night a last morning. The elevator is very small if you are coming with big luggage.

Staff friendly, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean... wonderful location.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Would avoid. TV wasn't connected to box...wouldn't work and this should be checked by the staff daily. Staff member forgot to return my passport upon checking out....until I gave a gentle reminder.
