Excellent location, friendly and polite staff, decent breakfast, nice lobby with a bar.

It was very cold in the room and very hard to adjust the thermostat settings. There was no hair conditioner provided, only the shampoo. There was almost no internet connection in our room.

The interior of the hotel is huge and inviting. Our room was immense with very high ceilings and had everything important to us - a safe, 2 luggage racks, a huge wardrobe with enough hangers, a king-size bed, desk, sofa, and a comfortable armchair. The bathroom had everything necessary with high quality towels, soap, and lotion. The only thing I did not like was the shower (see below). The view on the piazza was great although in the summer with the windows open, it could be quite noisy at night because of all the restaurants below. The breakfast room was lovely and breakfast was delicious.

The only thing I did not like was the shower, which only had a curtain around a space on the floor (resulting in water flooding the entire floor each time we used it).

It is walkable to most of the food places, shops and activities around Florence. Train and bus stations is also close to the hotel.

The location was close to the train station and an easy walk to the main attractions in Florence. The staff was excellent. Our room was very quiet.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The shower was very small.

Absolutely loved this hotel, so beautiful and on great piazza. The breakfast was so good too. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again.

It was hard to find from street. I didn’t realize hotel rosso and hotel blu are on same building.

The location is perfect. Very near to Santa Maria Novella Train Station. The facilities of the hotel are top notch. The staff is efficient and kind. The rooms are very clean and up to stadards

Staff was very polite, the environment was very secure and beautiful, breakfast was outstanding, with lots of variety of food, a very clean room, and a perfect location, within 5 minutes to the train station and the center.

Good location. Close to airport tram.

Rooms are not soundproof. Plumbing issue in my room. When run shower or room next door ran water. I had gurgling noise in my sink. I felt front desk staff were indifferent towards me (solo traveler).

Great location for day and night excursions. Great restaurants to choose from, along with the central markets and of course historical sights.

Not even close to 4 star hotel, and very expensive for the condition. I book for rosso 23, and received for blue hotel.

Fabulous breakfast, lots to choose from including mimosas. Perfect location.

Room was smallish but very clean. Bathroom too small - tiny shower!!

I loved that the hotel felt safe and the location was very convenient. Checking in early was AMAZING after traveling. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. Overall, great value for the price, and the breakfast was spectacular!

The design of the hotel was a little confusing. Sometimes I got lost trying to find my room or the hotel exit, especially since there was some construction happening. More signage would help. The bar would have been great if it had a more comfortable space, it felt a little empty.

Clean hotel with good price. Close to center. The rooms are small but good for the price and location. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.

The view is not the best, but great location and price, so it didn't bother me.

The room heat was great, but could be a little stuffy. Just one tiny elevator.
