Great location. Right across from train station and Santa Maria novella church. Easy access to everything.

Ceiling fan loud. No elevator. But again so close to the train station it was great and on a quiet street

Excellent location, amazing staff, spacious room and service

I chose the hotel for proximity to the station. Perfect in that regard. In addition, it was spotless and quiet. The staff was v cordial. I would stay there again in a flash.

The water pressure in the shower was low and the water itself was tepid at best. That said, towels were ample and thick.

I only spent one day in Florence and for business purposes. However, everything went very well. The hotel is conveniently located almost in front of S. M. Novella, 5 minutes away from the train station and 5-15 minutes away from the main attractions (Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Maria del Fiore). The staff was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

My stay was too short (only one day), and I have nothing to say about what I didn't like. Everything was ok, and I enjoyed it.

Close to the train station and close to all the attractions. Plenty of restaurants very close by.

Unfortunately my room was nearest to the front door, pavement and road. The area is noisy until the early hours and I was unable to sleep being a light sleeper. The hotel was full so I was unable to move, but I'm sure if I had a room away from the road the hotel would have been perfect for my needs.

The check out cleaning crew (a woman knocked on my door at 10:22am as I opened the door, she stated "Leave Now!"). Not sure if this were her only English spoken words but she needs to learn some new ones if she chooses English. Even with an average place, I expected better...

The location was fantastic and it was good for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator, so getting bags up to the room was a bit of a challenge. The beds and pillows were hard by U.S. standards and the lighting was dim. Breakfast was just okay.

The location was great —it was centrally located and very near from the train station. Breakfast was decent. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Cristina was very responsive for any questions we had during the stay.

The bathroom was clean; however, there was a pungent smell coming from either the toilet or the bidet. It was very strong, and management should address this issue. There was also no initial instructions as to where the breakfast will be as we did not check-in when the front desk was present. The parking instructions were very unclear and unreliable.

Just about 5minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station-in a beautiful square with an impressive cathedral. Lots of good restaurants and cafes around. Walking distance from all tourist attractions. Pick this hotel if you are on a budget but need a good place

Large room size and good facilities. The location is a very convenient walk to the major attractions. No real complaints.

The location is very central.

Although Room 8 was basically clean, there was a bad smell of drains or sewerage. The toilet seat was loose. The water in the shower became so soft for the second person’s shower, they almost couldn’t get all the soap off. The bed sagged on the one side and was very uncomfortable.

Small and cosy hotel. Well equipped rooms. Easy check-in outside of the reception desk opening hours. Excellent location, short walking distance from all major attractions.

Very small breakfast room. If all guests were there at the same time, it would have gotten very crowded ?No luggage storage room, but that was not a problem as there are a couple of locker rentals in the area if one wants to stow their bags for a couple of hours.

The location is good. The breakfast selection is decent.

The receptionist placed us in a room near the street, hence it is quite noisy due to vehicles/people in the street.I should have sticked to my reservation which is supposed to be in another room than the room that the receptionist recommended because «it is better» as she said so.

Very nicely decorated, great location right by the centre. Lovely furniture. Only 5 minutes walk to the Duomo.

There are no communal spaces except for a very small breakfast room. There is a small desk in the room and 2 hard chairs. Nowhere else to sit and relax apart from on the bed.

There is no luggage storage facility. You can leave your luggage at the reception at the hotel, but at your own risk as it can be unattended as hotel staff is not always present on site.

Pretty close to the station and a reasonable walk into the historic centre. Rooms were comfortable and pretty quiet, though plumbing seemed a bit noisy at times. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff at checkin and checkout but otherwise seemed to be unattended except by decorators: parts were being redecorated while we were there.

Stairs up from street were not so easy for an elderly person.

The location is close to the train station and city center.

1. The room is not soundproof. You can hear clearly the people in the next door. In the morning, the workers walking around keep you awake. 2. The water in the shower is very weak. Sometimes, there is hardly any water. It's also quite inconvenient to switch the showerhead.3. While we were there, there was construction work to paint the hotel. The painting smells very bad, and we can smell it in the room. 4. The reception is only manned if there are some customers to check in. If you want to ask something during the day, there is no one to be found. 4. Breakfast was very simple

Something which I expected. Staff was friendly, beds comfortable. Breakfast is served from 4am which is very rare.

Upon check-in I walked from airport, it was not easy to get from the airport to a proper path, but I managed eventually. The path has a big detour because of fences everywhere, took me like 20 minutes. On the way back to airport early morning I paid 13 euro for transfer (only 5 minutes drive).It could be noisy in the doorway. Due to door which make quite some clicking noise by default. I think it can be improved by tuning locks and adding ads to ask customers not to slam doors.

The location is good. The only employee of the place was friendly, even if he has to run all around as the poor guy has to do the breakfast, the reception and the cleaning all alone.

Very old creepy place. Not an hotel really but a set of rooms in part of a building. No noise insulation at all, good luck to sleep. Rooms need an urgent refresh and redecoring. Not in any case a 3 stars hotel.
