Excellent stay! The location is perfect — close to everything and very convenient. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff throughout. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Best location, amazing staff, delicious breakfast. Location is very central. There was an afternoon tea / coffee ( drinks and cakes ) plus aperitivo (wines/ prosecco ) with some crisps and nuts - free of charge. Extremely comfortable bed with perfectly white linen and soft towels in the bathroom. The staff is amazing, you’re being treated like a queen. The breakfast included different kind of prosciutto, eggs, vegetables, fruits and etc. Definitely will come back

Staff was friendly, and the service was exceptional! We had a beautiful room with a patio & it was worth all every penny. We enjoyed breakfast & happy hour. I highly recommend giving both a try!

Absolute gem of a hotel in the heart of Florence. My 10 year old daughter and I enjoyed every minute. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and warm. The happy hour and breakfast were great.

One small thing - only one of the plugs in our room worked properly.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They recommended a great restaurant nearby and gave me an umbrella on a rainy day. The building itself isn't modern, but it has its own charm. I felt cozy and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind when booking: you have to climb 26 steps from the street to the elevator. But for a healthy person without a lot of luggage, this isn't a problem. I really liked it. There's a wonderful museum, Palazzo Davanzati, nearby. I recommend visiting.

Great location in the heart of Florence yet still quiet. Free afternoon coffee and cakes and early evening Prosecco was a really nice touch, unfortunately our plans didn’t allow us to get them in every day of our stay. Good breakfast selection and made to order coffee.

Nothing major. We were aware of the steps to access so OK with that. Toilet flush was a bit temperamental.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day, staff was impeccable, room was clean and good size.

The steps coming in were rough at the end of a long day or with bags, but overall worth it!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Things like coffee and tea available in the afternoon and happy hour with wine and procecco provided.

I can’t say enough about Leonardo, a quintessential Italian at the desk , so friendly, helpful, cheerful . The room was sweet and cozy for one. There is tea/coffee gratis @1700 and wine/ cocktails @1900 in the breakfast area. It was perfect location - 2 blocks from ponta vecchio and uffizi .

Amazing services!! For a small hotel it packs a big punch. Lovely staff, giving very much a ‘you’re part of the family’ vibe. Complimentary afternoon tea and a great happy hour. Loved this place not just for its fantastic location.

Well located, super clean, comfortable bed and great breakfast.

A little tough getting up the stairs from the road to the elevator but could of called for assistance. Did not know.

This hotel is located in a great, central location. The front desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and helpful. The family room provided us with plenty of space and a very comfortable stay.

The room layout is very strange - shower in the hallway immediately inside the front door, kitchenette located in the bedroom inside a closet.

Extra touches- Prosecco cocktail hour, great breakfast, super convenient location to the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio

The location was fantastic. The staff were really nice and welcoming. The place was very safe, clean, and all around a great place to stay.

I have never seen a smaller elevator. But who cares. There were also a lot of stairs, but we didn't care about that either. If stairs are a major issue for you, you should not stay at this place.

Excellent location - close to all major attractions in Florence. Amazing staff - they're going above and beyond to ensure a great stay at their hotel. Great experience overall and I would certainly return.

The location, breakfast, complimentary tea/coffee and happy hour were great! The staff was particularly helpful and exceptional at attending to our needs, assisting with bags, etc.

The shower was pretty small and took awhile to get the water hot. It was just something to adjust to.

This is such a wonderful hotel. Do not let the entry stairs put you offThey carry your luggage when you arrive and leave and there is a lift to reception.The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. The hotel was very warm and inviting. The complimentary afternoon tea and happy hour each evening was fabulous!!The breakfast was great with good coffee and variety. The position of the hotel was perfect so close to everything.

The staff was amazing and great location. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly.

Location was great, clean room and staff were helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and above and beyond to host an afternoon tea and an appt hour with free wine, prosecco and chips/nuts!

Could use a bit of a refresh- paint and amenities. Shower took 8 -10 min to warm up and wasn’t very strong. Refrigerator wasn’t very cold
