Pros +
- The location of the hotel was its best asset. It was also clean.
- Easy to find with a downloaded MapQuest map, this wonderful boutique hotel was only 5 minutes from Florence Santa Maria train station. Staff was welcoming, room was modern contemporary design. Super comfort bed, great free breakfast at nearby panacerria.
- The beautiful room, location near the train station, and included breakfast.
Cons -
- There is not a constant presence at the front desk. We arrived at 4 pm only to find no one able to allow us entry to the hotel or offer us assistance in any way. We waited for over an hour for someone to get us into the hotel and our room.
- Bathroom could be a little bigger.
- Room was a bit small but this was all we were looking for as only stayed for 2 nights
