Pros +
- Location adjacent to the Duomo is amazing. We were able to leave bags there early before checking in and pick up bags later in the day after checking out, which made it easy to see more things during our time in Florence.
- Air conditioning, clean big room, great shower, location was awesome
- The location just right in front of the cathedral.
Cons -
- Air conditioning was somewhat loud.
- Ventilation. The room had an access to the small atrium but difficult to leave it open since all other windows are facing that atrium.
- No email address to keep in touch with the management. Not a big deal as everything went without any problems
