Breakfast was a great inclusion.

Our booking documents said check out was 11am but they turned the lights off at 10am.

Great location, close to the central station. Lots of restaurants within minute walk. Very Nice staff and very helpful. Very good breakfast.

They charged 6 Euro for an extra sheet. Blankets are old. Fan of heater was noisy, and we could not use it at night

The staff at Hotel Boston was helpful and extraordinarily friendly. They were the highlight of our stay in the hotel, especially the lady in charge of breakfast. The outside patio was pleasant and we spend part of the afternoons there

Room was too small. The air conditioning had to be requested.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, location was really really great, breakfast was also great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our original room was big but right by the road so we asked for a quieter one, which our host gave us. Overlooking the inner courtyard. Lovely and quiet and hardly any noise from the builders next door. A little smaller but perfect just to sleep in.Breakfast was not huge, but a bit of everything, and great cappuccino!Brilliant location to most things, 10-20 minute walk at most. Fridge and a working safe both appreciated. Lovely little courtyard garden to sit out in.

Some coffee in our room would have been nice, we bought our own.

The location, the breakfast and the staff were all nice.

The A/C unit in the room didn’t work enough to cool down the room and it was not comfortable to sleep well.

Great breakfast included in room fee and the room was a very good size. Excellent bathroom facilities. Lovely colorful, modern decor throughout the hotel.

There is a beautfiul outdoor patio to sit in but unfortunately many people smoke out there so that ruined that beautfiul space for me.

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful stuff, room facing the garden, with net in the window against mosquitoes, with refrigerator, with very good working (and silently!) air condition. The small garden is like oasis in the crowded city.

AC wasn't cold enough. I think breakfast should be served earlier than 8am. We didn't get to enjoy it. Other than that, everything was great. :)

Great location, hotel is extermely clean. Excellent design, with great attention to detail and very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Staff super friendly abd helpful.

Everyone to this hotel! Great place with a great location and very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. After Florence we went to Rome and I really regret that hotel Boston is not a chain hotel. And as a recommendation: If someone needs to wash clothes, there is a laundry just around the corner from the hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the garden was a nice area to gather before a busy day or before going out to dinner. Like having a 24-hour front desk person available. They were great with suggestions for area dinners and arrangements for cars to the airport etc.

The rooms could have been colder via the air conditioning. The shower was a little tight. It would be nice to just be able to get coffee and sit in the garden outside of the breakfast buffet hours. The coffee bar area was so nice. Maybe that was available, but it was not obvious to me. Or a glass of wine.
