Astrid Hotel

Very friendly staff and wonderful service. The best service ever! Rooms are clean and beautiful! Excellent Location in the city. Next to the train station. They offer to hold your luggage in a secure room if you arrive early or you checkout but will still be in Florence for most of the day.

Everything here went great. No complaints!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, making it easy to reach every part of the city. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The room was very comfortable and clean, ideal for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

The location is fantastic. Very convenient to the train station and all the sites in Florence. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too! We were able to store our luggage after we checked out and picked it up later in the day, which was very helpful.

Since it is downtown, there are lots of keys and codes to keep things secure. It wasn’t a big deal just different than we are used to.

Very small room and bathroom

It was very close to the train station, which is what we needed. The street was a little bit rundown but the hotel it’s itself was nice. We also enjoyed that we got to go to their sister property nearby, they had a Rooftop terrorist which we did not really utilize as it was cold but my mom and sister stayed there in the spring and they loved it.

It was a little bit inconvenient that if we wanted to use a microwave, we would’ve had to walk down the street to that hotel to use theirs as the Astrid does not have one in their lobby. The elevator was a little bit scary as it is very old and it was inconvenient that if someone on a different floor did not shut the door completely we would have to walk up the stairs and they were quite a lot of them. It was also a little bit offputting that the staffpointed out that we didn’t utilize their breakfast each morning. I kind of felt like it was not their business to be saying that.

We had a wonderful stay at Astrid Hotel and can’t say enough good things about it. The front desk staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived with their warm and professional service. Every detail throughout our stay was handled with care, from the spotless room that was cleaned daily to the attentive staff in the cafeteria who were always friendly and helpful.The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the city and makes getting to excursions incredibly easy. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was of five-star quality, with a great variety and everything fresh and delicious each morning.What stood out the most was how genuinely the staff cared about our comfort. They constantly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines such a great location, excellent service, and that personal touch. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The building itself and the elevator I didn't like. There are many hotels in the same building and use the same elevator, but none of them think of cleaning it.

It was located close to the train station. It had just one room, which I know is what was advertised. However we were in a group of five people, which they accommodated, however it was very tight and a little room for any of our baggage to be put anywhere. It's really more ideal for two or three people max. It was right around the corner from the train station and very close to all of the major things within walking distance. The breakfast was ample and very good. Also I should say that parking is atrocious by the hotel and was a bit difficult to navigate in the city, but that certainly not the property's fault.

Parking situation. The parking garage that was recommended by this hotel, charged me €7 more per day than what was advertised, which I thought was a rip off. I would only stay at this place again if I was coming in on a train and not in a car like we did on this trip.

The Astrid hotel is very close to the train station, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast was fantastic. The room is spacious.

Good location only

Very small room, not clean at all, with stains on the bedsheets, towels, and walls. Too expensive for the facilities they offer. The price should be less than 100€ & we paid more than 300€ per night...The hotel is just a very small part of the building they show in the photos. Although a code is required in order to enter the building, we met homeless people sleeping inside during the night and pee all over the stairs between the floors.

The location of the property was great!! The breakfast was ok. The bed were comfortable.

The rooms are old and the place were not very clean. The heaters has rust and the showers need some remodeling.

Staff were excellent. 5 of us in a room was entertaining!!handy having a toilet down the corridor. Breakfast and staff exceptional ,and great having fridge in room
