Maybe the location, also we book a room with shared toilet happy that they place us close to the WC specially if your with senior.

The shower has a broken tiles were you stand its dangerous, 4 nights and 5 days thesame towels, you will hear all the steps and doors closing. Curtain was not well fixed but fixed after reporting.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations and a map with stuff to do and places to eat. They were very accommodating as we added an extra night, needed ice and forks, etc. just very friendly staff.

The shower was a bit leaky and the room was quite small, but we did see that before we booked, so the room size was on us, since they had bigger rooms available.

Felt very homey and in the neighborhood. Small private location vs large hotel.

It took me a few tries to get familiar with transportation or walking routes to the Duomo.

The room was small, not what I expected, the bathroom was also small.

Heating system is not good. Yesterday I have stay there with my geast all night is room was very cold. I have not sleep well. Otherwise staf is very professional. Room was clean. Location is great.

The location is ideal walking distance from main attractions, rooms are clean. The stairs and doors are very noisy

It was very well located. Despite being shared, the toilet was always clean. Breakfast was delicious and huge. It was 8 euros but it was good value. Everybody was really nice and helpful. Totally recommended!!!

Cheap place, 20 minutes walk from the city center, very nice staff.

It has small caffe at the reception and it is close to shops and restaurants.

Location was nice: in a quiet part of city, yet not far away from its center. The room and shared bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Some other guests decided to smoke in the shared bathroom late in the evening despite the policy that strictly prohibits any smoking inside the hotel.

Great location in the city centre. A walking distance to see the beautiful old town in Florence. Nice and helpful service. Highly recommended.

The lady working the desk was so friendly and helpful! Be prepared to walk a bit to the main sites, but it is absolutely doable!! We did not taxi anywhere and saw so much!The street below is noisy, but we were so tired from our adventures, it didn't matter. It does not have air conditioning, but they did have a fan which really helped.Overall, all needs were looked after for a place where you just want to lay your head down at night and dream about the day you just experienced!!

The room has almost everything you need.It was clean and comfortable.It has good walking proximity to the center and to bus stations.Street with supermarket, little cafes.

Air-conditioning is necessary for the warm days. It would be a huge upgrade and it would also then correspond the price.
