Great location, just outside the ZTL so you don't have to worry about fines when you drive there. Parking is €20 a night at the time of writing. Secure parking lot. It's a small parking lot, so you will leave the key with reception so that they can move cars around as needed. Staff was very attentive to all our needs. Free snacks in the room, Nespresso coffee, etc. they provided a bassinet for our little one. The hotel is a ~15-20 minute walk away from the dome.

I had originally booked two rooms at the hotel, but my reservation was upgraded to two suites.

Very central, close to Santa Croce. The mattress was big and comfortable. It is very quiet in the evening. At first we were supposed to be on the ground floor but the staff promplty agreed to move us to a higher floor.

Pillows were a bit too soft, perhaps we should have asked for thicker ones. The room furniture is "fancy" but not very comfortable. Our room had no table and no power plugs in the "living area".

The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

1) The couch was a bench set against the wall which was not comfortable for relaxing or watching tv. 2) There was black mold over the air conditioning vents and in the bathroom. 3) the shower leaked and the towel warmer did not work. 4) The decor was dated.

The hotel is sort of on the "outskirts" of the city, but Florence is small so the main attractions are within walking distance. Alex was very helpful

Parking was difficult... only 4 spots in the "lot". Spartan furnishings in some rooms.

The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful, the accommodations were really good and included snacks and drinks. Small parking area but it was sufficient for our needs. Overall we were very satisfied.

There was construction outside on the street and we had a hard time finding the way into the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault and out of their control. Just that may had been helpful to know or better signage during construction.

The checking process was extremly easy. The staff was friendly and the facilities were relatively modern.

The light in the bathroom was not working well. The layout in the bathroom was strange and you had to go over the toilet to get to the shower. It is a bot far off the town center, relative to the price paid.

the place is newly furnished its very beautiful and location is good. staff are friendly.

the noises on the streets were very clear in the room couldn’t sleep well the whole stay. the shower room (in the family suite) has clear door which was weird honestly since its 1 shower and 2 rooms. the living room is very small and is more like a kitchen/wardrobe not to sit and chill.

The bonus sitting room was wonderful. We liked the large bathroom. Great location- we walked to all the big attractions in Florence. Sylvia was wonderful!

Excellent accommodations and the suite was awesome. Had the best sleep on the sofabed...7 hrs straight. Was wonderful. Had a rough beginning trying to find the place but we found it and it was ok.

Not enough directions where to goGoogle maps was confusing.

The apartment is more spacious than expected, situated in a beautiful area just a walking distance to the city centre. P

Friendly staff who upgraded me to a suite. Room was very spacious and had a nice view of the river. The properly is located about 10 mins walk outside of the main tourist area so is a little quieter than staying in the centre.

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking although I got used to it Needed more storage space in the bathroom

Cosy bed with a orthopaedic mattress. Spacious room with a modern coffee machine. Quite despite its location on a crowded road. Private parking.
