The staff was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and close to shopping areas. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool and comfortable.

The shower area was small.

The staff was super nice, friendly. They give us the room before the check in time because it was already made. They keep our luggage the day we were going and let us use the living room. The room is comfy and the location is perfect. Near the station and you can walk to the city center.

The location was excellent. Self check in was smooth and flawless.

Unfortunately they are having trouble getting good WiFi and it was very hard to stay consistently connected. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea amenities, and the pillow was very sad. The exhaust fan in my bathroom really needed a good clean as well.

A lot of stairs up to the hotel. The owner told us someone would be on reception when we got there but there wasn’t anyone there. We had to check ourselves in via communication with the lady on WhatsApp. There was no staff to be seen the whole time we were there, no one on reception. The bathroom was small & the shower had very low pressure. A lot of the holes in the shower head were blocked up with limescale. The aircon made me ill, I’m assuming it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The rooms had thin walls and you could hear next door. You had a key code to enter each room which was very loud and woke me up a few times from other people entering their rooms at early hours of the morning. The rooms were stuffy & hot.

BEWARE keys are left unsecure in the reception, multiple things were stolen from my room. They have not issued a refund I am taking legal action as soon. As I land home

Nice location, about 15 minutes’ walk from the Duomo.Clean and comfortable room on the second floor (with elevator). No reception, but easy access via codes. All worked well.

There were bugs smashed all over the ceiling and walls, the windows were open and more bugs were found too.

Whilst the room was a little on the bland side, the location was superb and we would definately recommend it. It was around the corner from the river, the gorgeous streets, museums, arts and restaurants. It was great.

It's location is not too bad.

It is very very basic. The Internet didn't work the entire duration of our stay. The room wasnt the room we booked. The photos on the intial booking were of a different room. We found this wasn't great value for money. There was also no duvet cover on our duvet.

Location was great and the price was good for a one night stay in Florence in August. Very easy to get in and out even without the 24h concierge

Smelt like someone had been smoking in the bathroom and as I’m a non smoker I could immediately feel it

Bathroom not clean, no batteries for the TV remote control, elevator only to half floor, not possible to switch on HVAC without having full air stream on bed.
