Good hotel for descent price. We were positively surprised with the breakfast. Very cosy bed and clean room. The only situation we have was with the water outflow in shower but it was fixed. If You prefer bigger bathroom it is better to take superior room than luxury one :). Quiet location. You need around 15 - 20 minutes by foot to get to the old town, dome and center.

Nothing special what could cause the inconvenience or negative opinion.

Nice small hotel in a quiet area not too far from city center. We come here regularly as it’s close to my family’s house, it’s not super close to the city center but about 25-30 min walking. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom also (just a minor point on the shower: the doors don’t touch the floor and the floor gets wet). Breakfast is very nice, not huge selection but very good pastries and cakes.

Walls are thin and can hear everything from neighbors not great if you’re a light sleeper and if there are noisy guests coming home (which can happen anywhere). Also the hotel occupies 2 floors of a building with other apartments, and we could hear the people above quite a lot at night walking and talking one night quite late. Not the hotels fault but poor isolation of the building.

The rooms are quite comfortable, and the staff is welcoming, polite, and helpful. The breakfast is good. And the location is convenient, between Campo di Marte and the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at 3110 Art Hotel Firenze. Everything was perfect — from the clean, comfortable room to the great facilities and delicious breakfast. The location is also ideal, just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk to the city center.A special mention goes to Teuta and Andrea, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home and added a personal touch to our stay.Highly recommended! ?

Very quaint place with very helpful and friendly staff. Andrea was especially pleasant and efficent... made sure any request was taken care of promptly. The balcony of the deluxe room was really charming. Close to, but not part of, the touristy areas... so nice and quiet. And the breakfast service was very personal and convenient. Overall, really enjoyed my 3 night stay here!

The old elevator took a little getting used to, and a couple of the fixtures in the bathroom were loose. But the nice staircase, and the size and comfort of the room made up for that!

We are very happy with our choice!!! The hosts welcomed us in the evening and were available whenever needed. They gave us a map of the city and directed us to everything we wanted to see and where we wanted to go. The rooms are comfortable, clean, new towels every day, very comfortable beds and pillows!!!! Breakfast is excellent, varied!!! The location of the hotel is excellent, about 20 minutes to the railway and about 20 to the center, on foot.

Very nice room with a big shower room.Great breakfast and friendly staff.Air-conditioning was great.Once we found our way around it's not too far from the main areas. For an older couple we would prefer to stay somewhere that we return to for a rest during the day. It would be better to have a bar and restaurant nearby.But wishing you the best of luck in the future.

Location is a bit far from the main area and hard to find. If I hadn't read about it on another review we may not have found it.We couldn't find any English speaking channels on the big TV.Very shabby carpets on the floor and the entrance is not very appealing. But I'm sure if in time the carpets are replaced it will be a great place to stay.

It's what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. It's confy, practical, well located, but nothing crazy. The rooms are spacious, and personel is nice and welcoming.

I don't know if it's Florence itself or some neighbourhoods, but there are strong smells of sewers quite frequently and this hotel is no exemption.Also, their parking (which you have to pay 20€ per 24h extra) has a very steep entrance. Go sideways if your car is long or low to avoid scraping hard.

The hotel was clean and had a tasteful interior architecture. Walking distance to the historic city centre.

Good hotel away from noisy touristic locations. Quite close to train station. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

We meet few mosquitoes, hotel provided repellents. Lift was out of service. Corridor carpets dirty.

Friendly, helpful staff. They took their time to share their local knowledge and provided us with maps and called to make a reservation for us.Large, airy and cool room with air conditioning. Very clean. Clean towels every day. Our room had a terrace and it was lovely to sit there with a gin and tonic before heading out for the evening. Great location for us because we prefer to be away from the throngs and we enjoy walking in cities. Within 15 minutes we were at the Duomo. Supermarket just a minute away. Tram stops very close. Breakfast was fine. Check out at 12pm is great for those of us who prefer to take our time in the morning. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

Leaving

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff with great service. Breakfast was more than what you would expect for a continental breakfast. There was a range of hot/cold varieties. The lovely young lady at breakfast provided great service and insisted to make our coffee every morning. Andrea was very helpful when we checked in, providing us with a map of the city with restaurant, transport and gelateria etc. options available. A bottle of complimentary water per person was placed in the mini bar fridge in our room which was a bonus. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Florence.

The lift was quite small but we were able to work with the stairs.

Great location, about 20 minutes of a walk from the main hub. The hotel is lovely, rooms are small but practical and comfortable. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much hassle for them.

Only fault was the lighting in the stairway - perhaps more sensors as the hallway is very dark and the lights are delayed coming on.

Very nice, good location, nice people

The room we stayed was extremely humid and had a bad smell from humidity. My parents room was very nice and didn’t had this issue.
