Excellent location and cozy Female rooms. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the young man who assisted me during check-in in the afternoon is very friendly and helpful.

Great place with comfortable rooms and pleasant surroundings. Perfect location, next to stations, which made things much easier. Friendly receptionists. They offer free water and coffee (from a coffee machine), which made all the difference. Well worth staying here!

Accommodation needs can be met without any major issues.

Some areas for improvement: the bathroom only provides small sachets of shower gel, and the hairdryer is rather weak.Whilst not the accommodation provider's fault, it's worth mentioning that the rooms lack soundproofing. During our two-night stay, four young men in the adjacent room conversed loudly from 7pm until 11pm on the first night. On the second night, they were still talking at midnight. Even with earplugs, the noise was audible...

Very comfortable and spacious room (in the single room) - even space to work and excellent wifi connection! Communal facilities were fantastic, especially appreciated the complimentary tea/ coffee/ juice and efficient laundry. Welcoming helpful staff. Great location! Outstanding value for money!

The only reason I haven’t rated 10 is that my room needed some attention to minor cleanliness and maintenance issues but this didn’t affect my stay beyond minor annoyances eg motion sensor light that had a mind of its own at times. The communal areas were very clean and well maintained and, as said above, overall the value and comfort for the price is unbeatable!

The outside patio

Seems like is a family business and they live there. They’re not friendly at all. Is like if you’re invading their house… they are always in the dinning area. Their worst thing is that I was not aware that they don’t have a stove and I asked the old lady to use the one in the kitchen and says that is private just for them to use it…

The staff were really good, friendly and helpful ?? I would highly recommend Hostel archi Rossi for the exceptional location as everything is in walkable distance and it is affordable.

I liked everything about this place, I though I would have problems because there is no curtains in the dorms but actually I didn't miss the curtains so much

The hostel was very conveniently located, close to the center and other points of interest. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The heating in the room worked and the temperature was pleasant. It was very convenient to have the bathroom with access from inside the room. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, there was also a dedicated space to leave luggage. Overall a great experience!

The only issue was that the bed was not very comfortable, the mattresses might need a change.

That was outstanding experience, because everything was better, than I can imagine. The best offer for its price. The big kitchen with free beverages surprised me mostly. The room is clean and warm. There is a terrace for resting. And hostel is situated not far from center and railway station.

The staff was lovely - very helpful and kind! The location and the interior was wonderful as well!

Only thing that I like about this place was the location, because it's really so close to the train station that's why it was tolerable.

First of all, the personal was really so rude . The day I made my check-in that recepsoniste guy was okay, he answered my questions and when I asked him that is there time limit to get in the hostel, he said no you can come inside whenever you want but you have to ring the bell for someone's open you to the outside door after 00.00. And when I arrived and ringed the bell, the guy he was working in the receptionist yelled at me btw his English was really bad so I couldn't understand even one word which comes out his mouth, he yelled at me for like 5 min. withu any reason with his not-understanable English. I don't think that I would come this place again or recommended someone, as a women who travels alone the personal felt me unsafe.

Location is great! They provide free coffee (all kinds), milk, tea, water, which is amazing.

Everything was perfect to sum it up! We were a group of 3 girls staying for a couple of nights in the female dorm. Can't fault anything from this property and would recommend to anyone solo or group travelling to Florence! Location was awesome as we were right in the center of town, close to everything you'd want to see and the main station as well. Rooms were clinically clean and modern although the hostel itself maintained its classic Italian charm which we all adored. Loved the patio/alfresco and the free beverages in the common space! All of us made multiple visits to the drinks throughout the days we were here (loved the hot chocolate!)

Maybe if I was nitpicking, providing some soap and hair care supplies would have been nice but we made do and this isn't something I would complain about. Other than that, nothing!

It is worth of money. The location is great! Facilities and environment are lively. The staffs are friendly. They even helped me upgrade my room from Single to Double.

Almost none. If I had to say one point, maybe the soundproof. I can sometimes hear the sound from upper floor. But it does not annoy much.
