Staff was very nice and helpful

My friend's flight was canceled and I didn't see them- not the hotel's fault

Breakfast could have been better. The WiFi was also hardly working

Have a great location closed to the Old Town and many Historic buildings.Have a great breakfast as well.

Not elevator

The staff was very accommodating and the location was good as far as getting to the major sites and you can walk from the train station. Breakfast was included.

The property needs a facelift. You also have to walk up with your suitcases to the first level as there is no lift. The rooms look to have been more updated than the common area.

It was centrally located near the places I had booked to visit.

They were resurfacing the street in front of the hotel and had machines running until 11 at night!

The breakfast was very good and included a selection of pastries, drinks and meat. The staff was very friendly. The room was as expected and the bathroom was clean. It was close to Santa Maria Novella, the train station and the Duomo.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but the hotel itself was clean.

Location was outstanding. A/C was great! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Room was small, but it had everything you would need.

Great hotel in the walking distance to the market. Comfortable beds, breakfast included with outdoor terrace as a bonus

Excellent location and services, beautiful garden, the stuff is kind and polite, breakfast is fabulous with great variety of meat, cheeses, fruit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are simple but clean.

There is no elevator, and the hotel starts in the second floor. Not easy to go up with big suitcases.

We loved how clean the rooms were, as well as the included breakfast!

The AC takes a long while to cool down the room, and the restroom was hot throughout our time.

Room was very clean, all Staff were very helpful and helped me arrange tours and transport, great morning breakfast. Will definitely stay here again in my travels to Florence.

Great location, but the construction by the main door didn’t make us feel safe. Especially at night

The Air conditioner was horrible didn’t cool the room enough to sleep comfortably. And the maid service shut the AC off while we was out and walked into a hot muggy room. ?

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. Just what we needed with bathroom and AC. The staff even helped us get a cab when we struggled to get through to the company at 3AM and helped with our bags. The breakfast was a nice start to our day

There wasn’t something to put on the door to request no cleaning. When they cleaned they shut the AC off which seems to be common in Europe but was miserable to return to when expecting the AC

Chiarasiella , she was the best, very kind and very helpful and very nice person overall, everyone was really kind they have really decent breakfast which I was not expecting an awesome espresso

Easy location close to Train station and most of the tourist attraction and just around the corner they had a really good pizza place which I love

Very close to train station. Comfortable room with good air conditioning. Quiet. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Able to store luggage was a big bonus. Very close to lots of attractions in Florence.

The location is perfect. The room was adequate for just one night but it was super tiny. It was, however, clean and modern and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was decent.

The double bed was just two singles pushed together so there was an uncomfortable ridge in the middle.
