Pros +
- My stay was fine. Everything I needed was there. I checked in very late and needed to call the number placed at the entrance to guide me through the online checkin process. The person was very friendly despite the late hour.
- It's a B&B Hotel. Standard fare. Nothing special. Nothing awful. What it says on the tin.
- There was nothing in particular that i like, if you have very little expectations then this place is for you.
Cons -
- I don't appreciate being lied to. Booking.com description says free parking, which was what made me choose this place over similar priced, but honest about parking competitor. Not impressed to be surprised by Attitude the Receptionist with a fee to park. It's not the 8€ that's pissed me off. Her attitude and the sloppy, insccurate listing.
- Room was dirty; table had foodstains and carpet was messy. You can not control the heat with air conditioning, facilities were poor, location is not ideal.
- Heat was not working. Would like a refund for freezing in the room. Was not fixed.

Ok room and bed and bath, quiet
Heat was not working. Would like a refund for freezing in the room. Was not fixed.
the bed was really good - simple but comfortable.
The door stopped opening with the pin after 10.00. Luckily me and my wire realized and we did not get looked outside. Could have been a disaster. The place did not look so clean to be fair - in particular the carpet in the room was a bit disgusting
The beds are comfortable and the bathroom and the room overall is clean
The process of self check in it was horrible i already paid online but then i was checking i. And it was asking me to pay again so i had to cancel and then rebook and also one of the beds cover had blood it was disgusting
We stayed at the b&B Hotel in Düsseldorf for one night and ended up extending our stay for two more — it was that comfortable. As a family of four, we really appreciated the clean, modern rooms and especially the comfy beds after long days out.The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was surprisingly tasty with plenty of options to start the day well. The location is also a big plus: right across from the PSD Dome, which made getting around very convenient. Parking was easy at 8 euros per day.One small thing we wish had been mentioned more clearly on the website is the 6‑euro Beherbergungssteuer (city tax), just so guests can plan ahead. But overall, we had a great stay and felt very well taken care of. We’d happily return.
Everything was great!
Clean, super friendly staff, great location for the event at the ptf dome!
Everything’s great
Hotel is clean, comfortable beds, very good breakfast.
If you would come late to breakfast, not every meal will be still available.
I enjoyed how organized the room layout was. The bathroom fixtures worked perfectly and seemed recently updated.
Pleasant
breakfast - my colleague didnt get any breakfast - she arrived at 9am
It is very basic but the rooms are clean, very comfortable, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Location close to the airport is ideal for an overnight stay. Price quality was very good
Reception staff member helped talk over my issues with the hotel. The room was fine as was the breakfast.
The check in experience is the worst I've ever had. It's computerised system. (post 10pm I think). No staff on hand. You are asked way to may questions and it took 45mins - hour to check us all in (8 people) which at gone midnight is really not helpful. I spoke to someone in the morning. He explained that he'd had 20 incidents of people calling the emergency number to help with check in which he advised me to do in future. Though he was a nice chap and it was helpful advise I think that given 20 groups are having to ring the 'emergency' number for help is a clear indiction the system is not fit for purpose. If my parents, for example, had experienced this I think they'd have had a melt down...
Disappointing
The ventillation never stops in the Bathroom, so noisy. The room is small for 3 people, no place for clothes. But the staff was helpful.
Relatively easy to get to by taxi from the airport
Empty pizza box in the bedroom. Slightly corroding shower tray = tired around the edges. Very expensive (but still one of the cheapest during the K Show).
Hotel was easily accessible by car and the breakfast was good
The guy behind the check-in desk was very rude during our breakfast on wednesday morning 8th October 2025. He shouted from a distance especially to us that breakfast had already been over for 20 minutes, the other guests were also surprised. The stay was reasonable, easily accessible by car, the WiFi often dropped out and the man behind the check-in desk was not customer friendly
Comftable rooms and good breakfast.
The first room which I got had not been cleaned and bed not made. After retuning to the reception I got a second room which was the same as the first not cleaned and the bed not made... after retuning to the reception for the third tim I fanally got a normal room..... That's a really bad service from the hotel and the only compesation was a free water from the member of staff at the reception but not even an apoligy to say the least....
I stayed for 6 nights due to a work-related trip. Easy to use self check-in, clean and nicely sized room for one person for a decent price. Friendly staff from the little interaction I had. Quiet and calm area with a tram connection, doesn't take too long to get to the center of Dusseldorf or to the airport. Would book again, though if you want to be more connected to the city, there are closer options for a similar price.
The location is a bit more remote and far away from everything than I expected if you don't have a car, but with train+tram it took about 30 minutes to get to from the airport. No kitchen or fridge in the room, which might make longer stays more difficult.
Good place to stay for one night for solo traveling. Close to the airport. Rooms are quite small but clean and practical. The hotel is located in a quiet area, you can open the Windows for fresh air and get a good night rest.
Well, I will start with my horrible experience with the guy behind the reception, who is pretending to be THE BOSS OF BB HOTELS, for sure , after cleaning with the mop , he is big boss. Me and my friend we arrived around 13 o’clock and we had only cash money. Outside 30 degrees. The guy, who was cleaning the “after breakfast” told us that we can go only doing card payment for the room, because the reception is closed until 17:00 o’clock. Then we had 3h to die of the sun and the fact, that yesterday was Friday and we went outside.Egal . I just wanted to explain how we were feeling to have a receptionist there , cash money in us, need of sleep and at least we had left humor. We asked everyone, who was coming to the hotel if we can give cash to pay our room- unfortunately we couldn’t and we decided to just sit and accept our destiny and just wait 3h. Around 15:10 , I’ve managed to make a reservation by miracle and there was an option “PAY AT PROPERTY” and the posible time was from 15:00 o clock ; not 17:00 - as he said. Then we were called to go there by my reservation, took our documents , gave us key. Just a short pre-history, in my opinion the life of this person is totally sad , thats why he was so passive-agressive to people , who just go there to have a little more sleep . I will say that in our coming there - there were leftovers from the breakfast and I politely asked if I can have some , because we were hungry - I wanted one 50ml joghurt with strawberries, which was looking mega delicious and for my hangover head- amazing. He said yes and gave me milk for coffee ( cream) and i said no no, I wanted joghurt sir. And he denied. Looking me so bad , l offered to pay. He told me that is for the breakfast and its extra to the reservations and i offered again to pay the same money, doesnt matter how much, in front of my eyes was nice breakfast , which is going to be destroyed perhaps afterwards ( i mean the bread and the croissants) . I told him im hungry.
