Breakfast - confusion over ordering eggs for breakfast and just continental option. No lift big no no for myself especially 3 floors to climb with heavy cases and no assistance, was due to stay another night at end of our river cruise but chose to relocate for the above reasons

It’s quiet, but near town. It’s clean and comfortable, breakfast is great and staff really helpful and friendly

Room is cozy. People are nice. When I ordered delivery food, they asked if I need fork and spoon. They are quite thoughtful. They have noticed I was trying to practice my German and they did it for me. Also explained in English when I didn’t understand them well enough. I really like the smell of the room.

The heaters were not work that well. In the evening; the room is not warm enough for me. The cleaning person entered to clean the room when I was still there —- around 9 am I think. It was too early. However, she was friendly. So it was not a big issue.

Spotless, All amenities needed at hand. Quiet. Wonderful overlook. Abundant and flavorful breakfasts. Staff most pleasant, excellent language skills. Professionally addressed throughout, while being organically German.

Very clean, friendly. Great location. Good breakfast.

Breakfast is delicious and full. You have evevrything on your disposal, enough of proteins, fruits, fresh ingridients, nutritive oats, chocolate.. :) They can prepare eggs as you like, for you. Also a coffee !

Only staff in the room :) They entered without a knocking one morning.. and then didnt come back for cleaning later. But we kindly ask them to come next morning and they cleaned a room. Anyway its better to make some deal with them when should they come or just call them when you have breakfast. Its a small hotel. If you leave it perhaps your room will stay uncleaned

Great location, super friendly staff, beautiful staircase and most importantly I felt like I was in Europe, not some cookie cutter place with knock off pottery barn furniture. I'm tired of bland hotels and this one was memorable for the right reasons.

Location is close to the center & airport. Good value for money.

Sound isolation, average cleanliness

We chose because of location but, it was not so good as we hoped. Still the only positive thing about the hotel.

Check in was problematic. Room door key was not working they couldn’t fix it properly. So we had to stay hotel although we had a night plan, due to no reception or staff available after 23:00.TV remote was not working, curtains were out of rod, water temperature at shower was fluctuating. Maybe this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

Receptionist was very welcoming, naya I believe her name was, managed to give me late checkout and a room upgrade which was excellent and the rooms were very clean and very comfortable would definitely stay again

The staff was great and the room well designed for efficiency. WiFi was fast and reliable

The price! I realize there was a commercial fair going on but it was so expensive, I decided to not stay two nights in favor of a very long train ride and a long day

This double room with en-suite was just perfect for a business trip. The cost was really good and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was ideal and the power from the shower was really powerful, with immediate hot water.Marcel greeted us at reception and was super friendly and chilled out. Not something I find most German's are...But it was not just him, all the staff wore big smiles and eager to help.Train was a stone's throw away and the old city was a 15 minute walk. I will certainly return to this hotel for any future trips to Dusseldorf.And I hope Marcel did well in his Chess Competition.

the location is priceless. One public transportation stop away from the very center of Duesseldorf, Altstadt ,Koenigsallee and the hotel provides a free transportation ticket for the whole stay. Also priceless

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Location ideal within walking distance to Altstadt, U-Bahn and Tram stop just a short walking distance away. Also provided with free public transport cards for the duration of our stay.
