Staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful, and quick to support even less common requests. Breakfast was also really lovely, with a wide selection of options, and included free barista drinks.

So many things seemed great at first - but turned out not to be. Shampoo + soap in the shower? Nice - except the bottles were just filled with water.A bidet? Cool - except it doesn't work as intended.A nice rain shower? Great - except it will leak all over the floor, so you'll have a very wet floor.Designer rooms? Interesting - except the shower is like a fishbowl, without curtains that cover the entire way.Big fluffy beds? Wonderful - except the blanket won't be long enough for both you, and your feet.Sound proof rooms? Clever - except when the hallway door shuts, you'll definitely always hear that.It was close to being a good experience - but I paid too much for it to fall this flat multiple times.

I love the beautiful interiors. And I loved my room. Specious and lighted up. Nice mirrors. Just what I needed.

Excellent location. Staff was amazing and beyond ! Very clean. But…The hotel concept was bad as an understatement! The hotel facilities were unexceptional…No minibar. No coffee machine or a kettle. Window cant be open. Access from street terrible.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient if you want to explore the city. The stuff was fantastic, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was alone and fresh out of surgery and although they do not offer room service, they helped me so much by bringing me food and beverages to the room.

What I didn't like is the bathroom situation. There is a glass box which is the toilet and another glass box where is the shower. The shower is literally glass, so if you are not alone in the room the other person can see you. Which it might be ok in some situations I get it but in general 0 privacy. I was travelling alone so it was ok but I wouldn't really stay there with another person. Maybe it is just a personal preference.

We loved the whole concept of this hotel and its decor and design. The patio was so very pleasant to enjoy breakfast or just a beverage. The breakfast buffet left nothing out and was a great start to our days. The staff was AMAZING and fun and laid back. Our room was exceptionally comfortable. We would definitely return and recommend to others without hesitation

Decent location for a decent price

Our rooms did not have working air. When we confronted the staff they were not friendly about it either.

Great location - very central and with good parking.

Rooms and reception space seemed like an experiment for how to cram a hotel into the space and pass it off as quirky. Breakfast was also hyped. It was honestly very disappointing. Bake off bread and bland toppings.

The staff was really great - especially the guy at the reception / bar. He was extremely polite, helped us with luggage, and gave us instructions for nearby places. It was such a nice experience interacting with him. The room was spacious and bright, and the location was great too, especially if you're interested in both old town and Little Tokyo.

All in all, a very positive experience. The hotel is well located and, despite being close to a big cross road and a mall, relatively quiet. The staff was very welcoming and professional. As for the room, it was small but clean and had everything it's needed for a short stay. Considering the prices in the city, it was quite reasonable from a cost perspective.

The location is excellent! It is connected with the best Mall in Düsseldorf: KöA minor point is the shower, is functioning very good, but the construction makes the whole toilet wet and slippary, quite dangerous!

The location is perfect, quiet area in a busy centre. All of the staff that we interacted with were all so friendly yet highly professional. The option to borrow a guitar and play in the room or in the hotel bar was a lovely surprise. The look of the hotel and bar area, even the outside bit, all so lovely. If only we could've stayed longer!

Great location, amazing interior, comfy rooms. We had a lovely stay with cosy evenings in the bar area and delicious breakfasts. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Nice decoration and good location

The building design isn't good, and the access to the lobby and the rooms isn't easy. I booked an individual room, and it was tiny, like a prison cell size, so I upgraded to a double room.
