Very spacious room and family friendly hotel which is rare in the city center of Düsseldorf. The location is closed to most of the restaurants and right opposite is the big supermarket. Very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Our bathroom is slight too small but it’s not a big deal.

Location and lovely staff.

Parking quite a bit away, shower overflowing and showerhead not height adjustable.

It was our second stay here.. Very nice, and location is very good. Near the town center and walking distance from main events and venues.

The hotel offers a discount for parking, and it saved us a lot of money. We booked for 4 people, and the place is quite cozy and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, extending their hospitality to us. The location is very close to the center too.

Nice place near to city, the staff were nice

Room is too small

Excellent location, close to rhein river, shopping street and the old town. We took the Family connecting rooms and was able to add a small bed for a fee, perfect for our family of 5! Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and rooms were clean, good it had a elevator to our rooms!

The location is great. And the room was clean. We also liked the breakfast.

the location was ok

the room had a bad smell, the shower was leaking water to the outside, we had items stolen from the room

Hotel is decent, but not great for a 4* - clean, helpful staff, good location. Breakfast is also good.Good bed, clean, good soundproofing.

Rooms are small and are also somewhere in between an apart-hotel and a normal hotel room: they have a small kitchenette but no utensils for it - so it's just a waste of space. Breakfast could have more variety.

Friendly personnel Location Clean room

Location close to Hauptbahnhof and to a lot of restaurants. Staff is very friendly.

Breakfast could be better. They only had one type of milk and the variety wasn’t exceptional.

Location, Staff and Breakfast.

Room was little compact.

Good location and rooms

Horrible experience trying to park. Parking is off site and we received no advance instructions on where or how to park. This created a lot of stress and wasted a lot of time

The location is fairly close to the main train station, and close enough to the centre, Königsallee etc. The room was clean and had nice and functional decoration, the staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was just perfect for my short stay.

Everything was just fine! I didn't have breakfast so can't say anything about that.

Friendly staffNice roomComfortable bedsCentral locationWell working AC and Wifi

Really welcoming staff and the breakfast is totally great.Parking is not that far and includes in the fees!Great value for the money.

Relatively clean and relatively good location

The room was too small and with three people we didn't have too much space for our luggage or to walk. They could have skipped the kitchenette facilities to allow more space for the room

Very clean and room had everything needed. AC worked very well and loved the window opened. Great grocery store across the street!

There is no carpet in the rooms or in the hallway which means you hear every noise. Every roller bag down the hallway and every step the person in the room above makes. Person above me sounded like they were dancing from 8pm-12 am.

Kitchenette with fridge heating plate and sink

They did not clean the room
