Breakfast was great. Both for the quality of the food, the staff was friendly and it came with a great view.Also, we were able to charge our EV free of charge in the parking lot.

The view from the room, the bed was very comfortable, the cleanliness of the room, the location was perfect and the restaurant and rooftop bar were lovely.

Housekeeping was a problem. I was asked at check in if I want housekeeping (which I already find odd, because I think this should be standard in a hotel of this level). I said yes I want and they honored this on 1st day. Unfortunately on the 2nd day I was out of luck and the hotel forgot what I had requested and I went with a non clean room on that day (later when I called reception they had mercy and they delivered fresh towels). I don't understand this concept of optional housekeeping in a hotel. If I want to clean the room myself, I can get an airbnb and get much more value for money.

The rooms are great and certain aspects of the service are too. For example the lady who is front of house at breakfast was awesome and the breakfast quality was really good

Location is Ok but not really in the heart of anything Service was very mixed - great at breakfast and dinner but my room was not serviced at all in a 3 night stay and after I raised this after day one they said they would do it but didn’t - totally unacceptable Parking is expensiveBar service was not good and Sunday night the restaurant is closed - venue not in the heart of anything so this is not helpfulToiletries are ridiculously watered down - shower gel in my shower was just water I personally didn’t like that there is no division between bathroom and room but this may be ok for some

Great hotel, great restaurant and fantastic bar with stunning views

Great interior styling, friendly personnel, very good breakfast, and clean and comfortable rooms. The underground parking and the free minibar were also much appreciated.

Initially we were told breakfast was free for kids, but on checkout it turned I had to pay 15€ for my 8-year old. (Free only till 7 year old)

Everything! Room was cozy, felt right at home. Quick check in and out. Great restaurant and breakfast food was delicious. Nice view. Friendliness of staff. Compared to the hotel in Cologne, I preferred this hotel by far because of the coziness of the room.

The rooms have a very special interior and very comfortable beds. The hotel bar on the 17th floor is a must, since the view amazing. We had a wonderful stay and would come back any time

It’s a very cosy hotel very modern , good quality of the 25 hours hotel group. We had a nice view on a local street, felt a bit like home

The room is so welcoming and fun. You will feel like home. We stayed here for 3 times and we would definitely recommend. Don’t forget to use the sauna & visit the bar. Both with spectacular views.

The bucket outside (sauna area) can not be used. My boyfriend used it and he became all dirty with algues. Definitely something to look in to!

The foyer had lovely decor and a welcoming atmosphere with a little cafe upon entrance. The building was easy to navigate and was in a good location in Düsseldorf. Only 2 mins from a tram stop!

The room was very nice and clean. The lobby is nice for hanging out when waiting for the bus home. The rooftop restaurant has a great view.

The light switches in the room are very confusing, hard to get the right lights to turn on.

There was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. And, beds were relatively short for tall people.
