Nice and courteous staff

No phone in the room, so if you need anything you would have to go all the way down to the reception!

Perfect shower, very nice room very efficiently arranged. Nice lobby and breakfast room.

We booked a taxi to the airport through the hotel but it never came and we waited unnecessarily outside the hotel, already short of time.

Good location, room has everything you need. Tea and coffee facility is available outside of your rooms but you have in shared space.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and the rain showerhead has great water pressure. The breakfast buffet was great with many healthy options and you can order a cappuccino from the bar. Many thanks for the amazing staff members for their exceptional customer service. We especially appreciate Jesus, Aline, and Lukas for always being so friendly, helpful, and full of tips on what to see around the city. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The only thing we would like to change are the pillows. They are a bit uncomfortable.

Nice large room with semi comfortable bed. Offered an in room refrigerator and coffee machine. Also there was a hall common area with extra teas, instant coffee and milk. Great location for walking to the river, Christmas market, train station, etc. Let me check in early and out a bit late. Staff was nice

It was cold outside and I didn't think the heat worked great. Would have been nice for the room to be a bit warmer. I was on the first floor so their was noise from the trash trucks early in the morning

During our stay, the room did not match the description on Booking.com. The listing showed a seating area, but upon arrival, that was not provided. When we raised this issue, the staff mentioned it was a booking error and not properly reflected in the photos. However, the receptionist, Jowan, was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate us, even offering a small seating arrangement and complimentary breakfast.Unfortunately, the biggest issue was in the last two days of our stay, when there was construction in the next room. This caused significant noise and made it difficult to sleep, which impacted our overall experience.hotel should informed us that there will be some room under construction In summary, while the staff’s efforts were appreciated, the discrepancies and the noise made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Horribly expensive room, a price that can't be justififed.The same staff is responsbile for check in/out, setting up breakfast and clearing tables, and tending the bar. They are overworked, and therefore tables remain uncleared for a long timeOne elevator was constantly out of order and the others never stopped in our floor

The location is top tier; 5 mins walk from the Königsallee yet so calm and quiet. I recommend it if you’re not using a car during your stay.

The shower is a bit privacy unfriendly.

The rooms were very comfortable & modern. Everything was very clean as well. Friendly staff, very good location. The breakfast was very good, extensive buffet style, and barista coffee. I traveled with my son of 14 and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend Ruby Leni Hotel.

A fresh style super clean, with a 24/7 reception. Fun, with super comfortable bed.

We generally liked the whole design of the hotel. Room design and furnishing is clean and aesthetic, the bathroom is somewhat interesting (integrated to room as in the photos, which we liked, but it is something you need to be aware of when booking). Great creative drinks and you can play pool for free which was nice.

I’m not a big fan of lavatory outside the bathroom, in the middle of the room. I prefer an intimate, separate room for toilet, shower and lavatory.

They charged our card as smoking after check out.After we checked out they charged 150 euro and we didnt smoke in the room.
