Price for 2 nights 500 euro I think is pretty too much! Even if there is an exhibitions, it not should be so big difference between standard period and rush period... The personel is very friendly, but early in the morning it's very noisy cause of the tram.

Convenient for Messe, clean, comfortable. very helpful staff. There are a few good restaurants locally.

No breakfast at weekends. During week, has to be pre-ordered day before. I don't always know what I want for breakfast until the time. Pre-order selection not great. Not ideal. As far as I can see, this was not made clear when I booked. Went to a local restaurant each morning for breakfast. Price of this accommodation is too high, not unlike other Dusseldorf accommodation establishments that just seem to take advantage when there is an event at the Messe. Just checked and I can get the same 5 nights this week for less than 1/2 the price.

Convenient location — the hotel is very close to both bus and tram stops, with a tram station directly in front of the building.Despite being on the main road, the rooms were quiet and well insulated from outside noise when the windows were closed.The staff were kind and helpful. We didn’t need to check in by ourselves; the staff handled the check-in process when we arrived, as we were staying during the busy fair period.

The lack of breakfast service is a disadvantage. Breakfast has to be pre-ordered and is supplied from outside by the hotel. We tried it once but it wasn’t fresh or satisfying and it was also quite expensive.There should definitely be a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

Room #737 has the elevator behind the wall and if you are a noise sensitive person, better to avoid that room with similar rooms below

It was depressing and the decor looked like something from the early 80s . Repulsive .

There was nothing I liked about the property . The room was dark and depressing , the decor truly hideous and a single bed !!!

Electronic Checkin was a bit tricky, the tram stops right in front, pretty noisy when windows are open

On the first night The room was really warm we opened the window for my son but the noise from the trams and traffic was really loud, so had to shut the window. No aircon or heating thermostat in rooms to reduce or control the roomtemperature

The atmosphere was great. The hotel owner was beyond nice, informative and accomodating.

No coffee in the room

The staff were amazing and very helpful and kind. We had a good parking space and they helped us reverse in. They spoke English to make up for our terrible German and that was very important.

Can hotels stop providing coffee machines where you press a button. This wasn't the only hotel to do this on our trip to Germany. This wasn't a huge hotel and I personally loved the 70s decor, but it would encourage more guests if they provided a more personal breakfast service. You ordered breakfast the day before and got it in a bag. As it happens this suited us as we then ate it for our lunch as we were travelling. But the only let down in the stay was the way breakfast was presented. As I say the staff were wonderful and I would definitely stay there again.

Over all not a very good experience

Room had no facility , simple Kettle to heat the water was not there, they had not provided accommodation in main hotel , but in side hotel , it was cold and heater not working

The staff at the reception was extremly friendly, online check-in is comfortable, WiFi connection was also good. Cleaniness is acceptable. It was quiet and overall acceptable for a one-night stay.

Rooms are very small, no fridge or toilettries in the bathroom, not comfortable for longer stay.
