The AC didn't work unfortunately

breakfast was good, staff was friendly and leave us small present for Sinterklaas day.

Bathroom is not separate room, it's covered with almost transparent walls, almost everything is visible from main room when you are inside. Room is pretty small, there is not enough storage space.

Breakfast was quite good and with many varieties. Breakfast service was good.Room and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom could be bigger. There was only one elevator and it was small and slow.

Nice location in the center of town

The rooms felt like a fishbowl. The shower and the bathroom had glass for walls, so this is suitable for exhibitionists, but if you don’t want to watch your partner sitting on the toilet, I would suggest choosing another hotel. Air-conditioning did not work in the fall, even though it was extremely hot in the room. The window opened to a fire escape that was connected outside to all of the other rooms so very insecure. We tried to cancel after the first night, but they wouldn’t allow us to.

Location is extremely good. Only 13min. Walking distance to Altstadt

Great central location within walking distance to the old town, Königsallee with its many boutiques, and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, even allowing early check-in which really helped with evening plans. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the beds were incredibly soft and comfortable.

The room felt a bit worn, with a broken and dirty roller blind, and poor ventilation that made it stuffy once the window was closed. The bathroom wasn’t very practical either — the sink was so small that washing your face splashed water all over the floor, and the shower cabin was uncomfortably tight. That said, it was sufficient for a one-night stay.

The location of the hotel is in the very center. The room was small but beautiful with a large comfortable bed.

Stayed here for three days, the location is great, with a proximity to central locations. Housekeeping is good. And that’s it. Staff at reception when we arrived was rude and there was no way to contact her, as there is no phone in the room and she wouldn’t reply to our messages.We went downstairs to ask for something and she was rude towards my mother. There is no coffee or tea, neither a kettle in the room. No water, no phone, and there is no way you can speak to someone if you don’t speak German. The lady at the breakfast was also rude disputing the coffee being hot, when it was actually super cold. They could be at least a bit friendly, even with low cost services.It could have been a good experience, but it was not.

Perfect location, good facilities, very clean and excellent food.

The hotel is at the centre of the city meaning the location is perfect for exploring the city and you’ll be in the area where majority of the stores and restaurants are. They have a bar downstairs where you can have a coffee or a drink through the day.

The rooms are very small, with bed only. There isn’t a desk or even a sofa so if you need a working area, you don’t even have anywhere to put a laptop on. There’s also no wardrobe, so even though I stayed for only two nights, I didn’t have enough room to unpack all my clothes. The bathroom has sliding doors which don’t fully close so I wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless you’re a solo traveler. Breakfast is very limited.

Room very clean and comfortable, though the bed was harder than what I am used to, not uncomfortable but noticeable.Location was quiet with good food options nearby, though it is not in the altstadt, it is in the modern part of the city and about a 10 minute walk to the altstadt.

I would have liked a kettle and tea making facilities in the room, this is the first hotel I have stayed at where this is not provided.

The breakfast was very nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms clean with nice decor.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, with fresh and crisp bed sheets that added a touch of luxury to the experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. It was not only delicious but also very healthy, with high-quality options that catered to all tastes. Starting the day with such a wholesome and satisfying meal was a real treat.

Water in the shower was always over flooding Water in the sink were splashing on the floor and clothes. Need to add more hot food at breakfast.But everything was good ?

Location is OK, just at the end of Konigsallee., but in a small street without much traffic. You can open windows in the room. rooms are clean.

carpet on the hallway should be cleaner. the same carpet is also in the rooms, but a bit cleaner. breakfast is a bit basic, not much to chose from.
