Great hotel! Clean and the staff is super friendly

The parking. It’s to small and we had to park in a garage outside not that bad. Think it’s just the location.

Location is very good, walkable to the Rheinturm and also Altstadt. Room was extremely clean and hotel seems well organized.

Parking in the garage can get tight, one night I was not able to park in the garage because it was full.

It was wonderful, reception was very helpful and kind , the hotel was clean and welcoming.

I was upgraded and my premium room was just stunning. Amazing shower and bed.

The staff and hotel were very accommodating. My dad is in a wheelchair, so we needed an accessible room with inter-connecting door for his Caregiver's room. Everything worked out well.For those that like walking, the Altstadt is a nice 20 min walk away.

Temperature regulation in the room seemed not be working. For wheelchair access, the shower as a slight ridge which complicates maneuvers a little.

It's a nice calm location. The lobby area is nice with a fireplace and coffee machine. Fast check-in and check-out.

The hotel needs renovation, everything is dated. We needed a socket next to the bed for medical reasons and it was the first time in my life when there was no socket next to the bed. We contacted the front desk and the employee was willing to help, but it came out that there are no rooms in the hotel with a socket next to or even close to the bed. The place where the socket should have been placed 2 meters from the bed was just an empty covered spot that also felt out of the wall and was not noticed by staff before our arrival. There was mold in the bathroom. Veggies during breakfast looked like they were cut the day before, so it was not a fresh look. In conclusion, this hotel doesn't look 4-star, it needs renovation.

Extremely disappointing stay with poor room quality, inadequate heating, and unsatisfactory customer

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Radisson Blu Media Harbour Hotel, Düsseldorf. This was not my first stay at this hotel, but it will certainly be my last.First, I booked a premium room expecting comfort, but the bed was surprisingly small and inadequate for the category. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a glass door that made a terrible noise whenever it was used, disrupting sleep entirely. After raising my concerns, the hotel moved me to a new room the next day.Unfortunately, the second room was even more problematic. In the middle of winter in Germany, the air conditioning system was not working, leaving the room freezing cold. Despite calling the reception at midnight, the only initial suggestion was to change rooms again—something I was not willing to do for a second time during my short stay. Only after much insistence was a heater provided, which helped slightly, but the room remained uncomfortably cold. As a result, we barely managed to sleep the second night.The lack of basic amenities like functional heating, coupled with inadequate responses to complaints, is unacceptable for a hotel under the Radisson brand. At check-out, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was met with nothing more than a curt “sorry,” without any meaningful attempt to resolve or compensate for the issues.I am deeply disappointed and will escalate this matter to Booking.com as well. A stay at this hotel is far from the quality and service one expects from the Radisson brand.

I love a Radisson Blu, you know exactly what you’re going to get and it’s always clean, comfortable and with very friendly staff.

This is rather trivial, but I was surprised about the hotel bar opening times - it was closed on Sunday and I’ve never come across this in a hotel or a Radisson before. Since I was there on a holiday, and Sunday happened to be our last night, we had hoped to enjoy a few drinks before bed. It also didn’t appear to be open on Monday early afternoon for people to have tea or coffee. I’ve stayed at another Radisson Blu in Düsseldorf where the bar was always open and perhaps RB Media Harbour just runs differently but I was expecting the same experience.

Nince location, big enough room, the breakfast good! Easy access to the public transport. Interesting spots surrounding like architect and riverside.

I prefer bath instead of shower. Options for indoor sports? I don't know if any gym there (running pad or such thing for basic daily activity) - but that's not important for 1-2 nights anyway.
