Pros +
- Good location, just a small walk from the train station. But also close to the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, so ideal for a short stay and visiting a concert. The automatic check-in panel in the hotel unfortunately didn’t work, so after filling in all the info, it froze when we wanted to pay the city tax. But we could check in with the lady afterwards.Rooms were clean and most of the noise from outside is blocked because of the isolation, which is good as it’s near a busy road.
- accommodation did what it had to do, not much more and not much less.
- Very spacious and clean room. Close to great public transport links. Will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Dusseldorf.
Cons -
- the heating was cranked to 25C when entering the room. the first night we could barely sleep because it was way too warm. had to have the window open throughout the whole day in the winter just to have it cool off a little at night.
- Nothing!
- The receptionist couldn't understand English, which was disappointing because you usually need to know at least a bit of English to work at a hotel reception. Another thing is that the room doesn't give you a clean vibe. You need to have everything with you; all it had were towels, which I didn't dare to use. Also, in the hallways there was a strong smell of cigarette! Which made us decide to leave the place one day earlier than we planned to.

Able to park there (for a fee). Room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed as a base to explore Dusseldorf and Essen. The staff at the front desk were great help. One guy even helped us to find takeaway food, looked things up for us and offered to help us order something to be delivered here. The location was easy to find. Everything was cleaned each day we were here.
Nothing!
It was a quite place and that’s the only positive point about this hotel.

The location was close to the Mitsubishi Hall. That was the only advantage.
The carpets inside the room should be removed. I had trouble sleeping because of the smell. Also the pillows were too soft.
I really liked the location because it is around ten minutes from the main railway station. The U-Bahn station is also quite close, maybe a five-minute walk. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was also good. The Internet connection was also very fast and stable.
Nothing to mention in a negative tone.
Good location with parking
Our room door lock was not functioning properly and we didn’t notice that until we came back and our door was opened..
Clean and Comfortable, staff were really nice….
Location is little far from Central train station but still it’s really a nice place to stay.
Good location for getting around Dusseldorf, excellent good quality breakfast. Very good underground car parking which made me feel that my motor bike was secure.Well worth paying for.
Bedroom was very hot, if I had not asked and been given a fan I woud not have been able to stay there, even so I also had to have the window open to cool the room down thus letting a lot of traffic noise in, suffered from very poor sleeping. Hotel advertised air con this does not appear to be correct, the effect of whatever is being used was entirely inadequate. My stay was made bearable by the lovely young lady( sorry I did not get your name, but you were on at breakfast on the 11th August)) who could not do enough, lovely attitude, some other staff here could learn a lot from her.
The cleanliness was great, the staff was very attentive and friendly, everything was as seen in the photos. They even helped us with the washing machine as an extra. It is a hotel we will go to again.
There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect
Close to the main train station (walking distance about 10 min). Friendly staff. Nice room.
It was close to Düsseldorf HBF and also underground station, only few minutes walk
very central and convenient
the breakfast wasn't great, I went to the breakfast area very early and all the bread was already stale and many things were empty.
The location was excellent, conveniently situated near the U-bahn and bus stations. The staff's warm and welcoming behavior created a positive and friendly atmosphere. Furthermore, the room was impeccably clean, and the bed provided exceptional comfort, providing a pleasant stay.
I anticipated finding essential amenities in the room, like shampoo, a toothbrush, and slippers, but unfortunately, they were not provided. Additionally, the absence of a minibar was unexpected. Moreover, I believe the room's air conditioning could be improved, as I found it challenging to achieve comfortable warmth during the night.
Decent property at prime location and well connected to the city centre
A bit noisy if you are light sleeper due to tram line next to hotel
the room is o.k. breakfast good
terrible noise from the very busy main street -do windows not close????
Staff was nice, all was very clean, transport easy to reach. All necessary was there
AC didn't work, so it was very hot in the room but opening a window was also no option because there is a very busy street with a tram next to the hotel. However the latter was visible on the map
The room was clean, modern and nice. The location was close to Train Station. 24-hour reception which helped us a lot.
The bathroom room door squeaked and it was very annoying. The shower was so high that I almost fell. The place is isolated. Nothing to do
