Accessible to public transport.

Hotel is claiming its a 4 star hotel but it's actually 3 star hotel from the outside and inside. No internet due to the bad rain, no electric kettle or glassware. Hotel only accepted cash payment Had to go outside in bad weather for ATM to pay.

The room was very small, draughty, cold and the bed wasn't very comfortable.It was super rowdy at night too.

Nice reception and room had all amenities needed and the special request was met too. Unfortuneately the reception is not occupied24 hours...and NO security after midnight...even the place felt creepy...Door accessible to any creeps and stalkers!

I didn't like the fact that on the next balcony a very revolting man tried to make contact with me. When i told him where to get off, he called the police claiming there was too much in my room. Obviously anyone can just march in bcoz the door is open all night. and obvioulsy some men think they can misuse this lack of security. I did not even spend the rest of the night there...I left the place

The guy with white hair and glasses was very rude. I don't know what problem he had at 2am. but to come and knock 8-9 times on the room door at 2AM. is extremely rude. if there is any problem at night, send a MESSAGE , a LETTER to gmail, TALK ON CHECH-OUT but don't come to the room at 2am. when people are sleeping . I still don't understand how he hasn't been fired yet. He doesn't know how to work whit people at all. i paid 116euro for the night and my night was ruined.

The floor was under renovation and the hallway was in dust, everything was broken. In the room there were a whole on a bathroom door, the shower was not working

Location was fine close to the supermarket and other stores.

On the check in day the lady at the reception was unable to speak English so it was little difficult to communicate and the room i was initially offered was too small without any fan in the room it was too warm outside but i had to change it apart from that it was fine not soo super luxurious but it's ok.

Is close by düsseldorf central station. Is soo clean, the spacious is perfect. And has everything u need as a solo traveler.

The room is too warm. U should offer a fan or ac during summer.

It’s a little far from the station if you’re not keen on walking

Everything was perfect, in my room was all that I need,, room was clean, bed is comfortable.Hotel is in city center, supermarket and restaurants 20 m, central train station 8 minutes by foot. Also very good bar at reception with fresh beer and different drinks. I recommend 100%.

The hotel had no meal facilities but had snacks and coffee and other drinks available. There were many places to eat within a hundred yards . The price for a pint was five euros at the hotel bar and it was a good Lager. That equates to around £4.60p in British money

For the purpose of my visit, the hotel was beyond expectations. Super clean room.What was net worthy was the politeness and the service from the gentleman at the reception. Super helpful, friendly and professional.I enjoyed my stay.

its clean and tidy and the staff are friendly for me the bed was comfortable and it's surprising as i never sleep on the first night. like a baby. The hotel booked was for Drupa week as others were expensive.

no breakfast. it's a cheap and cheerful place. Due to Drupa all hotels raise their prices, and this is the same. when no breakfast is available.

Clean, comfy and easy check in.Close to the station.WiFi good.Shower was hot but a little cramped at times.Bed was comfy.

Soundproofing in the room was poor, got woken up several times by other residents.

The Hotel was in walking distance from the trains and very convenient from the haubbahnhof. The room was clean and free of clutter and the lighting was good for working. The bed was very comfortable.

The toilet did not have a cover on the cistern and one could see right in. The cover was left on the side and was not fixed the next more when house keeping came to clean. The shower was blocked and almost ran over the little runner keeping the water in the shower. The room was not very peaceful, one could hear the other guests coming and going. Over all it was not very pleasant.
