    Pros +

    • Very nice room! Great location! Right next to subway station. Only five minutes walk through the park to Altstadt.
    • The best hotel in Düsseldorf, offering 5-star services, elegant rooms, and an exceptional level of comfort. Ideal for a luxury experience
    • Good location, close to several bus and tram stations. The nearby subway station was closed for renovation (at the time of my staying), but the next one wasn't too far away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

    Cons -

    • At the first glance the studio seemed ok, but when I entered the bathroom there was an unpleasant smell. When I opened the toilet lid, I saw with horror that the toilet was full of bad smelling dirt. On top of that, when I checked the rest of the room, I saw that the bed sheets were also full of stains. I lost at least one hour until I was connected to a support person on WhatsApp and not to a chat bot, considering that I was already very tired after a day of travel. Eventually the person from support managed to change my room. The second studio was cleaner that the previous one, but one corner of the bathroom mirror was cracked. And after I washed my hands a few times, the sink from the bathroom started to leak - I had to put a towel near the bathroom door, so that the water didn't reach into the room. I wrote again on WhatsApp to the same support person and she mentioned that the maintenance team will check the sink before 10 a.m. the next morning. The next day, no one came until 11:30 and I had to write again on WhatsApp. I was connected to a support person again after around an hour, and he mentioned that someone from the onsite team will check and try to fix the issue during the day. Nonetheless, the issue was not fixed during my stay, but I managed somehow to use the sink without flooding the room. The kitchenette did not have a sink and it was rather inconvenient to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. Also there were some spiderwebs that were dangling from the room ceiling. All those problems were very stressful for me, considering that I traveled to Düsseldorf hoping for a few calm vacation days. I had quite high expectations for the studio I booked, taking into account the good overall score of the property on booking.com and that it wasn't cheap at all, but it was an extremely disappointing experience.
    • Not clean, nobody there, all online
    • The room cleaning is charged. Usually it should be inclusive of the hotel amount.

The room was spacious, clean with all amenities like fridge, portable AC, kettle, coffee maker with tea/coffee sachets, Kitchenette with all required utensils. Location also convenient with bus and tram stops near by. The locker facility to store our bags after checkout was a blessing.

The room cleaning is charged. Usually it should be inclusive of the hotel amount.

Very nice hotel within walking distance to the center. small and good room.

There was a sticky floor near the table in the room.

    10DavidPosted on: 2-20-2025

Very comfortable beds and very clean. Nice TV with chromecast connection. All facilities you need during stay exist . Just in front of Metrostation and near big supermarket. Big bright and comfortable apartment.

Nice to have an extra option for additional cleaning service of the apartment, even for an extra cost, but weekly clean policy works really well. This is actually not a complain, just wish.

Excellent location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The room is modern, spacious and well-equipped (small fridge, very comfortable bedding), with excellent soundproofing. The value for money is really appreciable, especially since we are just steps away from the city center.

One downside regarding the attitude of a staff member (young blonde woman with glasses) during luggage storage: her reluctance to help and condescending behavior towards my questions about how to use the luggage room contrast with the overall quality of the establishment. Her casual attitude unfortunately tarnishes the experience. A point to improve to maintain service excellence.

Cute, well equipped room with ample space. Located very close to a tram for easy movement. Staff were friendly and responsive on online channels and the cafe run by another company on the ground floor was convenient on lazy days

The sofa bed and duvet cover for it was filthy. Multiple dark brown stains on the duvet and white stains on the sofa bed that I’d rather not think about. The stink in our bathroom was leaky. Another weird thing was the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink. You have to use the bathroom one

    Bad

Well something really weird happened...I got really sick and a two friends cane to bring me food then I must to leave cause I was really bad and asked for the hotel cancel my last day...they say only with a letter from the doctor and after that they asked me to leave immediately because I was against their politics because I received visitor...and didn't want to give my money back....very disappointed and not respect with me

    3BirkPosted on: 2-6-2025

    Clean

Lamps not working, door handle of the toilet not working. Not really appartment style, just added a minimal kitchenette to a standard room, without water connection to it. Very loud and runs down room

Clean, big room, huge comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchenette, great location right next to the metro.

Great Location. Clean. Quiet. Convenient for the tram. Excellent stay!

The room was very clean and has a kitchenette. While quite small, it's very comfortable.

Check in and out was really easy, all the information regarding this process was received on time. The location was great too, just in front of the U-bahn which is 1 stop away from the center of the city. While there is no parking available at the accommodation, across the street there is a B+B Parkhaus available. Next time we're going to Dusseldorf, we certainly will try to book here again.

We had the extra large studio, which basically was a 2 room apartment except that the door was removed from the door opening. While it didn't really matter for us, it would be nice for families with kids if there was a door to make putting the kids in bed a bit easier.

    6PranshuPosted on: 12-21-2024

The location is great, very close to the U-bahn station. The space was great as well, you wouldn’t get it in a regular hotel.

    - No real breakfast spread.- No security at the gate, or throughout the property.- Elevators are slow.- No mirrors in the room.

The check in process was easy. The hotel location was excellent, we got a bus straight from the airport. The room was comfortable. We were able to store luggage in a secure locker after we had checked out. The price was very cheap. We will probably stay here again when we return to Düsseldorf.

    9ElisabethPosted on: 12-12-2024

Checkin process was super easy! I loved that we didn't have to waste time on checking in at a desk, we could do it beforehand and we got a keycode to our door, perfect! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was good. It was a good 10min walk to the first christmas market at the corner of the city center. First I thought I wanted to stay closer to the city center, but I'm so glad we weren't: I wouldn't have slept because of all of the noise. This location is far enough from the crowds to not have that noise, yet close enough to be able to walk the distance. It was on a busy street, but because of the double windows, you heard almost nothing. Also bonus points for the lockers in which we could keep our luggage. Sometimes leaving a laptop behind at a lower budget hotel means everyone can get to it and I don't feel very safe leaving it behind. The lockers were great and big enough for 2 small suitcases and a lot of bags, I felt very secure because of that.

The curtains were too narrow and didn't close of the entire window. As a result, the room couldn't get dark and some light from the streetlights entered. I forgot my sleeping mask at home, so I didn't sleep well because of it.

The location, the digital check in and check out, ot was quiet, the fast replies from the owners, the luggage lockers, it was warm

Because we were leaving on the top of the building, we couldn't fit in the bathroom tub. We couldn't stand while we were taking a shower. The pillows weren't as comfy as we thought they would. The bed was also small for two people.

    10MirashPosted on: 11-12-2024

The location was perfect and had access to Tram, Train and Bus Services. It was convenient to travel to the city center and the airport. The apartment was truly excellent and the Check In / Check Out process was very user friendly. The facility also has a lounge type setup which could be useful for people working remotely.
