    Pros +

    • People in the reception were very helpful and kind. Great people. The bed was comfortable.Room was cozy.
    • Great hotel, 20 minute walk or 2 tube stops to town centre, beds comfortable, staff friendly and very helpful, breakfast good,
    • The three person rooms were actually two rooms, so plenty of space.Very good breakfast with many options. Freshly cut fruit.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was a bit too simple, good enough for the price I guess, but definitely not great.Pillows were a bit too soft.
    • No AirCo... Odd hot day in April with afternoon to evening sun in the big room windows made the room a bit hot. 2 windows did hinge back to provide some air but still a little bit warm. An Air Conditioner would be nice - could not imagine the room in July!

We had a very good stay at this hotel. It’s modern, clean, and in a great location. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.Breakfast was nice with a decent selection, and overall everything was just as it should be. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Room was nice and larger than I expected. Location. Short walk to the river which makes a nice walk to Altstadt if heading that way or just to wonder the streets of Duesseldorf. I did drive into the QPark upon arrival - no phone app and I saw no means to get a ticket so I pressed the help button and they let me in. The hotel told me I should have parked out front and and then asked if their parking was available - which it was. QPark did not charge me for the <10 minutes I was there. I guess I was lucky. Staff was very responsive and friendly to the few questions I had - mainly parking. But before checkout I went for a walk around the city and then back to the room. I packed my suitcase and brought it to my car. Back at my room my key card stopped working... Front desk quickly 're-keyed' it so no big deal.

My fourth time here. Easy to get to. Lots of great restaurants. Clean, comfy beds. What's not to like.

I wish there was coffee in the rooms but at the great price offered, I was happy to simply go to the lovely coffee shop across the street in the morning :-)

rooms were small but comfy and breakfast was good, nice and quiet

As in so many hotels we had to move the single beds away from each other as they were touching! not i deal but no big deal.

Very big room. A garden we could have breakfast in. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

I missed a tea/coffee set in the room. Fairly expensive breakfast.
