Cons -
- Not clean, no do not disturb signs for the the door
- Room size is small, but we just needed to rest after walking around the city all day. So was sufficient for our needs.
- Everything, the hotel doesn’t have elevators, the room looks like a captivity, I felt like a prisoner! The heater didn’t work properly, the windows had no acoustics, besides the bed and the whole room being full of dust, impossible to sleep, I left the hotel on the first night, opened a complaint and they didn’t reimburse me for anything! IT’S NOT WORTH IT!

Friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Walking distance from the city centre.
No real place to put our bicycles, but staff assisted and we were able to place them in the reception area.

nice staff
not particularly soundproof inside but pretty quiet area
Location, walking distance from downtown
It wasn't very clean, hair in the bed. And the towels smelled like smoke. Also the breakfast area smelled strong like smoke.

Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Good variety of breakfast buffet. Practically next to co-working space and walking distance from main station and nice restaurants. Surprisingly little street noise at night.
The photos in the ad look like they might be a few years old. The room was worn but OK. Walls seemed pretty thin, as I could hear the neighbour talk on their phone.

Great breakfast and decent location
Bit tired and cramped room but nothing too bad
The staff was really helpful, really nice and eager to help. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is recommended
Only one power outlet worked out of 3 and the bathroom had mold in the joints of the tiles in the shower.

hotel staff were friendly and tried to help us with our questions.
The hotel offers an affordable price for a country like Germany. We stayed in a triple room. It wasn't as wide as it looked in the photos. There is no elevator available and you have to take out the suitcases on the 4th floor. The entrance of the room, you passed between a column and another hotel door, is a very narrow space and it is not possible for an overweight person to pass through it. In any case, the evacuation of the hotel is quite troublesome. In order to reach the evacuation ladder, that is, the fire escape, you have to go through another room, I don't know how this was allowed in Germany. The only good thing I can say is the affordable price.
The hotel is located literally right around the corner from a parking garage, which is open 24 hours (closed on Sundays). The Little Tokyo section of Dusseldorf is also within a 2 minute walk from the hotel, with many authentic restaurants you can eat at. Plenty of shopping opportunities within the immediate area as well. Pleasant staff.
I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone with family. Staff, facilities, cleanness; all v. poor.
Very comfortable beds
Dirty and old, not as the pictures. Kind of nasty. The breakfast was minimal with a poor selection.
Good stay. Very good breakfast with very, very good staff (exceptional). Very good reception, very good staff, very helpful. Good location to visit Dusseldorf (better only 5stars).
Very dirty room. From day to day all is OK and all is clean, but old drity is no acceptable. We suggest general cleaning.
