Mercure Hotel Duesseldorf Zentrum

Location was great, central to airport, Messe and downtown and 4 blocks from the tram. Wonderful breakfast and very hospitable staff.

Shower did not drakn

Good location

Smell of smoke in the roomInitially but they accommodated and moved us so was grateful for that

Extremely clean , quiet , practically everything , especially the younger blonde women was very helpfull and she acted really nice

There is no such thing

Poor

No heating, room was at 17 degrees, kettle was so dirty.

Great location, very easy to reach by bus from the airport and only a 10min walk to the ubhan to the fair. Many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Good breakfast, all that you could ask for. Friendly and helpful staff. Double room small but adequate, nice to have a kettle and drinks available. English stations on TV too..

Bar-reception area very basic, not a place to spend any time. Very much a transit type hotel. Very overpriced for the period of the fair. Made it feel over valued. Good, but not at that price.

Perfect for a short, like conference related stay. Basic but efficient. Bakery downstairs provides good breakfast alternative if needed. Bus stop in the middle of the airport - main train station route is 3 meters from the hotel's entrance.

Perhaps the lift

Internet connection speed, nice staff, the bathroom issue was repaired very quickly

The lift couldn't reach my floor which is under the roof, I had to carry my luggage upstairs

Nice hotel. Had a bit a strange room at the attic, but it was comfortable and the breakfast had all it should have.

No things I did not like

Very nice room for good price

Staff at check in seemed a bit confused

I liked that they were cleaning the room every day and they were changing the bed sheets and the towels also every day.

I was expecting that it is higher level of hotel, so I was little bit disapointed that it was on a level of a 2 stars hotel. Eventough you have everything you need, it is clean, the rooms are to small, and comparing with a same price level of the hotel in the vicinity, this was really on a level of a 2 stars hotel for the amenities in the room and the size of the room

AC broken room 1 AC very weak room 2

put some AC it was crazyly hot

Very nice and practical hotel wiht a perfect position to reach the fair. There is no special services like sport room or spa and restuaration but for the rest it is perfect.

The room was just enough for two people. The hotel accommodated the addition of my partner for a small fee. Room was clean and very true to the pictures shown during my booking. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel linking it to the airport and to the Hauptbahnhof so it's great for getting to and from all the places you want to go.

The room

Adverticed about fast wifi, I tried to connect, but the wifi connection kept failing

Excellete! The hotel is very well located in the center of Düsseldorf. The breakfast is really good, and the staff is kind.

There is nothing that I did not like.

The check in was super easy. The bus stop to the train station is literally outside the door and takes 10 minutes. The bus on the other side takes you to the centre. The room is super clean and your bed is made daily and fresh towels if you want them. The room is a good size. This is excellent value for money. We will definitely be back. Good information available in your room as to how the facilities all work.

bus stop in front of doorgreat breakfast
