B-Chill Düsseldorf

The place was very clean and spacious, it sort of reminds you of something between a hotel and airBnB apartment. The location was great, very central, 5min to the public transportation. It was very clean, I really liked the place, definitely great value for the money.

Location, cleanliness, and staffs

No microwave

Everything is great, receptioist are nice , even give me umbrella cuz the day I arrive was raining. The room is big and clean , there are supermarket and restaurant , pharmacy ect, very convienent

Wonderful studio apartment. Second stay in this accommodation. Very comfortable, spotless and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Great location to explore Dusseldorf. Secure parking close by (at a cost) and only 10-15 mins walk from the train station.

We liked everything. No negatives.

Beautiful room, very spacious and a very comfy bed. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. The staff were super friendly and always welcoming. The location is also very close to everything so easy to walk around. This was our second time here and definitely not our last!!

Room size and staff was very welcoming polite..

Only drawback is they don't have breakfast facility or any in house restaurant otherthan that no issues room is quite big staff is also very nice

Very good location, nice design, very friendly

Basically nothing to declare bad, we really liked it

Great room, very spacious and close to city center

The kitchen was not verg well equipped

Location is very good on walking distance of the city center and it has a parking just around the corner. Also supermarkets and a bakery close by for the daily shopping. Spacious room and bathroom, clean and comfortable.

Just a point of attention and that is the kitchen was not equiped well. No towels, kitchen knifes or practical pans. There was a 1 euro shop close by so we went the to buy that stuff. Put some more appliances in the kitchen and it would be great.

Location and decor/size of studio was great

Only issue is we waited in the cold and had to call for receptionist when arriving before 9PM.

Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy and location was perfect. Everything you needed to cook was there and staff were excellent and friendly through out, they even let us leave our bags there after we checked out because we had a late flight (free of charge)

Nice, clean, wide, rooms, we recommend this property. Mr. Khalil is a kind man.

Perfect location. Walking distance to almost everything and public transport. Getting there from the airport by train was easy too. Contemporary and comfortable design. The kitchen was great as well. Comfortable bed and couch. Anything and everything you may need is available.

Amazing rooms very spacious and clean The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect.

I can’t fault this hotel, the rooms are bigger than average hotels and include kitchens, plenty of storage space and generous sized bathrooms. Beds are very comfy and the separate sofa is great. The staff we met were all very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed, one man even went above and beyond, finding a balloon for our toddler. The location is great for access to the tram or train station.

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, well equipped.

Good location, quiet at night. About 10 minutes walk into main town square. Staff were very friendly and available to help at all times. Bed was very comfortable, very spacious, heating was good and warmed up very quickly. Cleaner provided extra towels on request.

Nothing. Everything was superb. We would recommend to book. We lost our baby blue hat whilst on travels, we wish we can get it back.

Very, very, very friendly and helpful staff! Halil was a great support — he gave us excellent tips and organized our stay with our baby so that we could have the maximum comfort. Thank you so much
