Pros +
- The room was clean and quiet.

Cons -
- The staff had given away the room with a kitchen that I had paid for. I have food allergies and must prepare my food. They gave me instead a very old room on the 3rd floor that didn't have even a coffee pot. They refused to give even a partial refund!
