Room was clean and modern. Excellent hotel and staff were incredibly helpful, they went above and beyond.Wonderful stay

Very clean , very well priced, good location

Perfect !extremely good value. Spacious rooms . Walking distance fromAlt stadt and quiet area. Owner helpful and available for any request. 5th time here. Soon a next stay

Location was great, despite being downtown Düsseldorf it was very quiet. Staff was very friendly. There were lots of small thoughtful touches. Everything was very clean.

The shower was a tad on the small side, but that was likely because I am used to US dimensions.

Easy checkin, friendly staff, big rooms.

I felt very welcome. Nice and clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood, not so far from the centre.

Nice and quiet stay. Friendly management or owners. Good room.

Check in requires you to call a cell phone to gain access. Which for some foreigners they don’t have a German SIM card or just data, which can be tricky.

It was really clean, the staff was super friendly. Croissant & coffee was great addition.

Our soap & tissue on the bathroom was quite low and we could not get the refill. It was also because of cleaning times not being so obvious.

unexpected breakfast with coffee and croissants, nice fridge and microwave, comfortable room and bed, wifi was very good

There was a phone number I had to call to check in when I came. It would be better if they had informed me about this via email one day before I arrived.

Staff was ok.

To far from city center to walk . Hotel zB is got an wrong score on ,,,, booking . Maybe 6.3 not 0.3 ....

Quiet location, nice modern designed rooms.

Room was warm even though heating was not on. Tap/sink combo not great as tap comes out too far so hard to wash and easy to get splashed!

Amazing Staff, great comfy bed and very quiet place.

Shower was amazing looking but a little clogged.

Location: Walking distance to the old town.Great little hotel, friendly staff.

Nil

lovely, comfortable room in a good location- close to the train station and not far from the old town. They even provided complimentary tea, coffee and croissants in the morning.

Had to check in by calling the owner/staff, since the desk was closed when I arrived at 7pm.

Very friendly staff, modern, comfortable and spotless rooms, excellent morning coffee and pastries included!

Nothing!

The staff was very helpful. Quiet yet central area, nice room and car park was available across the street with a small charge.

Very fast and easy check in.The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Not far from the city center, 20 minutes walking distance. Nice bonus in morning - free coffee and croissants. Covered parking for 15€ a night. For electric vehicles there is few charging facilities right next to the hotel.
