There was a little mixup with our reservation, but they helped us solve it quickly. They were very helpful, pleasant, and the rooms were nice and clean.

The location was good and the people that worked there were very kind.

Lacked the amenities we expected from this hotel. Pictures online are deceiving. Bathroom door was made of glass and transparent. The queen bed was uncomfortable and just two twin beds pushed together.

Clean, quiet,good location and staff speaks English.

Breakfast was only an expensive breakfast bar. I don't eat $20 worth of food. There's a good restaurant nearby, Rosie`s, that had good breakfast at reasonable prices.

The location is perfect. You can reach easily many places by walk or with public transport. The room was also very clean.

Good and safe location, nearby the tram and an Edeka. The room was clean and functional to my needs. It had a good hairdryer and steamer.

The space for the luggage was too small and too high. The did not have an alternative solution. For a person mobility problems is a challenge to place a 20k luggage in the stand they had at the closet area. Also, the shower area was too small.

Everythin was very good! I would like to highlight the breakfasts - they are extremely delicious.

The only negative thing I can mention is that we heard some sort of water going through pipes sound all the time in the room. But it's not that serious to affect general impression, just a minor issue I would say. And to be honest I didin't tell that to the hotel crew, so it might be managable from their side.

Excellent location. Very close to the tram and you can easily walk to the city center. There are many good restaurants around.Room was very nice, comfortable beds, daily housekeeping service, daily coffee tea and water supplys, equipments in the room was quite enough. Lovely reception and team. We enjoyed our stay. I can choose this hotel again.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the water was not draining easily. It should be solved.They can provide slippers..

The location is extremely central. So all you need is in a walking distance.Also the team was friendly and gave us nice tips.

The size of the room is way too tight

From the moment I entered through the door till the moment I left the hotel the next morning, everything was superb. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating, the room was clean amd very comfy, and the breakfast was tasty and fresh.

The only thing I noticed was the floor in the dining room, it was extremely sticky.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far below expectations — especially considering the extremely high price. The room amenities did not match the cost at all. The air conditioning wasn’t working throughout our stay, and at one point we were even advised to use a portable heater instead. The towels were of very poor quality and borderline unclean, and the housekeeping was inconsistent — the room wasn’t cleaned properly and the bed sheets were not changed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price.

There was reconstruction work going on in the building; for example, the parking area was being repaved, and the breakfast hall was under renovation. The rooms were more or less clean, but the bathroom had clear signs of previous use, including mold, and the ceiling in the bathroom had not been repaired.

We got upgraded from standart room, to junior suite. It was a great surprise

Breakfast options were not enough, although champagne was great, but no bacon and not much vegitables to choose of.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and overall found it very nice. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet corner in the center of Düsseldorf, not far from the main promenade. Another plus is its walkable distance to Düsseldorf Central Train Station – just about 8 minutes on foot. The entire building is renovated and modern, and the lobby is nicely decorated. My check-in was fast and easy. Overall, the hotel’s staff were nice and friendly. My Standard Single Room (#313) was the right size for one person, modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. All the furniture was in perfect condition. I liked the large window, which let in plenty of natural daylight, and it could be opened fully for fresh air. The city view from my room was also lovely. The twin bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided a couple of free bottles of water along with tea bags and coffee. I liked the closet section with a luggage bench, refrigerator, and safe. The bathroom was beautifully designed – I absolutely loved it. The amenities were the standard NH brand, and I liked both their quality and scent. I also really appreciated the modern and powerful hairdryer. The hotel’s Wi-Fi worked very fast. For my stay I paid €56 per night (plus €6 per night city tax), and I found this rate very reasonable for the overall high quality of the hotel. I can absolutely recommend this NH Hotel for a stay in Düsseldorf, especially if your goal is to be in the city center and close to the Central Train Station.

Not fitting my pre-arrival request for a room on the 5th floor, as was promised to me through Booking.com chat a day before my arrival. Very small and slow elevator. Very tiny shower stall in my room. Not many hangers in the closet of my room – only 4 were provided.
