There is a Chinese Lady in the reception , acts like Robot without any sympathy with residents.
Near to Metro , relarively clean.
The location has good access to everything, HBF is like 5 min away. The helpful and friendly stuff was a big plus.
I feel like the price is pretty high for this kind of old hotels. Also, If I open the curtains from my room everyone in the elevator area could see me and it wasn’t comfortable.
Mostly good. Stayed there many times before
Stopped doing breakfast. Not amused. Still says they do on official web site
Very low price for a central location in the city. It's pretty close to the tram station which would be just one stop away from the Central station but nevertheless not positioned right on the crowded part of it.
Easy to reach from HBF. About a 10 minute walk. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast buffet too in the morning. Appreciated the very early check-in.
No roomservice/cleaning. I got put on the 6th floor which was the attic. Super loud at night due trams being directly under the window, a window which never really closed so it was super loud with the wind coming through. noise from traffic, people walking around. Fell asleep both nights after 3-4 AM.
Clean, fair price, nice staff
No air circulation whatsoever. Impossible to have open windows due to traffic noise. Problems when hot outside
It's close to where we wanted to go, a 7-minute walk to the Central station and a 15-minute walk to little Tokyo. The room was clean enough when we arrived.
We stayed for 2 nights. After the first night, it was still okay, but my mom did felt itchy on her forehead and elbows so we thought nothing of it. And then, the bites appeared on the second night. As it was already nearing midnight, there weren't any staff, and we also had to do early check-out so we couldn't complain about it. I thought it was only my mom who got bit, but i also got a surprise on the way to the station, one above the wrist and above my ankle.
Affordable and location is good
Didn't look like the photos. I am not sure if it should be a three star. No 24 hrs reception. Additional charge of 10eur when you check out even 25 mins later than 11am.
Staff were helpful and very friendly Tram stop at the end of the road into the centre.
Couldn’t have the window open due to the underground making too much noise but not the hotel fault.
Everything. Big and comfy bed. Location. Easy to check in and late check in also.

Clean room, good location friendly reception.
Inside the room its too hot no fan or air conditioning, there is no even bottle of water.
The kindness, I lost my connection because of delayed bus, so they where so kind and I could check in early without problem I was traveling with my granny of 88 years
The toiletries were complete and satisfactory.
When i wanted to put my bags in the hotel before the check in time there practically was no one and after a good 30 minutes I was finally able to reach the staff and ask them but the "hotel" was completely unreachable even the doors were closed for sometime.
The room was very clean and cozy — I felt right at home! The location is super convenient, close to everything I needed. The price is also very reasonable for what you get. The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
Very close to main train station and to restaurants / take aways. For the price for Düsseldorf.
Ok for one night .
Great value for money, friendly staff and a nice, clean room
The main street below is quite loud, but not too bad.
