Decent location to airport.Comfortable room and comfortable bed. Mini-fridge with bottled water is included.

13 Euros for parking, but I think that's common for hotels in the area.No in room coffee maker / hot water pot.Breakfast did not start until 7am. Should have started at 6:30am or even earlier at 6:00am.

Overall, the hotel is quite okay. It is rather old and not as clean as I would ideally expect — for example, the mirrors were not very clean — but this was acceptable and not a major problem.Unfortunately, what really affected our stay was the noise during the night. There was a very loud gathering in the room above us that lasted for many hours. We could hear furniture being moved constantly, and the noise was directly above our room, which made it very difficult to sleep.I contacted the reception three times to ask for help, as I prefer not to handle such situations myself. I believe that maintaining quiet at night is part of the hotel’s responsibility. While the staff did speak to the guests, the noise continued, and I was told that there was nothing more they could do.As a result, I did not get proper rest that night, which was very disappointing. Because of this experience, I would personally not choose this hotel again and would hesitate to recommend it to others.

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city center. Is has its own parking lot, which is cheap compared to the public parking lots in the city. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is worth having breakfast as everything was fresh and there was a great variety of choices. The hotel is in an older building, not fancy but very clean with comfortable beds.

It would have been nice to be able to make a coffee in the room in the morning, but we could live without it.

Big room, big and comfortable beds, large bathroom and excellent location in a great neighborhood with plenty of stores, restaurants, café and a supermarket. Also, you have the subway on 1 side and the tramway on the other side, very convenient to go everywhere in the city. For those who don't want to spend too much on breakfast at the hotel, Die Röstmeister Pempelfort is an excellent coffee shop on Kaiserswerther Strasse, I recommend.

The breakfast was excellent and the day staff was very accommodating.

The hotel's WiFi blocks WireGuard VPN service and the night staff cannot provide alternative secure internet access, not even at the reception.You had to ring a bell every time you wanted to enter the hotel from the garage. A passkey would have been much better.

I liked the central location, it is very easy to go anywhere in the city walking or with public transport. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the breakfast.

The room size was very good for a couple, everything was clean and in good shape. I also really enjoyed the central location in the city, making it easy to get anywhere.

Good location. Staff were great. Sorted parking in the underground car park for our motorcycle straight away. Room was great. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing at all!!

Huge bonus to reception lady who greeted us - we felt welcomed. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable for 2 night stay. Breakfast was good, with all basic choices. Location great - ~20min.by walking to city center, main shopping street & central station.

Acoustics, you can hear neighbors quite well.

Disappointing

Room was 1/2 m2 than the Booking reservation shows. Looked for property with garage but no space available.

Nothing to not like

Breakfast was amazing, also the room well equipped. The people are very nice. Parking was great and secure.

The rooms have no air conditioning and it’s terrible heat inside during summer period. To try to manage it you need to keep the windows open, but the sound of the street then doesn’t allow you to sleep at all. Air conditioning would solve the problem.

Value for money, very clean, comfy bed, superb location

The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was huge. The hotel was real close to a train and tram stops.

There was not any shower gel in the bathroom.

Very close to 2 U-Bahn stops and very nice stuff. The room (Toronto) was very big.

It's a little bit old-fashioned and could use some updates in the rooms and bathroom. They have the style of an 80s hotel.

overall was a good room

I am picky on pillows. Do not like the ones commonly used in Germany. Also they charge me full rate parking even for a motorcycle. Other hotels I used in Germany left me park it for free. As it uses little space.

Central location in near the city centre.Lots of shops & places to eat nearby & close a metro station with easy access to the Convention hall & central station.

The room was rather noisy, even with the window closed you could hear always hear the cars driving near the main street.
