Pros +
- Amazing view over the Skyline of Düsseldorf. This was the most amazing view I have had so far in Germany, i stayed up late just to watch the Sun rise. Great staff, discrete, but very friendly and welcoming. Awsome Professionalism in every aspect.
- Amazing hotel and fantastic location if you want to be Messe Dusseldorf, 10 minute drive away.Fantastic breakfast, staff were great and bed super comfortable. Will definitely book again.
- Nice clean hotel, with spacious rooms and lobby. The Sky bar is enjoyable and easy to access as a guest. The breakfast was very good with a few changing options. The gym was convenient and had everything needed for workout. Unfortunately, the sauna was closed during my visit. Parking was a bit messy and for me a bit expensive, but there's options to park on the street for less. The cleaning service, in rooms, was also very good, please send my thanks to them. The hotel is about 5 mins from tram that goes to the center (20 mins ride) otherwise it's a 1 hour walk.Overall, very enjoyable stay, I would recommend it, especially for business in nearby companies.
Cons -
- Everything was perfect
- The sauna was closed during my stay, but this happens.
- Room was cold and the air con system cannot be set to specific temp . Air con made me illl. Road noise quite noticeable

Easy access to tram for markets and Altstadt. Lovely views of Rhein from hotel besroom. Excellent roof bar.Would return again.
Short walk, 10min from tram in rain.
Hotel was clean
I was cheated of around 400 euros. I cancelled my booking online and chose new date for my stay. . I was charged for both booking both cancelled and confirmed. This is criminal. I am going to sue he hotel
Appreciated being upgraded at no charge as I am here regularly in Dusseldorf and will be in 2026
First impression was wow this hotel looks clean and smells amazing. Staff was friendly and the room was amazing.
Hotel didn’t seem that full however the skybar was filled with “high class” people. Was expecting a nice relaxed bar to finish off the day with in the hotel, but i didn’t expect to sit end up at a nightclub with music too loud making it so i couldn’t really have a normal talk
Bad
The woman at reception was so rude and had a terrible attitude. Also I was surprised they don’t offer complementary water at all! I was shocked they Can not even offer a little small bottle of water, I was thirsty when I arrived and I asked the woman for water and she replied me to take water from the bathroom sink!
Breakfast was good. Some staff seems well-trained, not all.
We booked a Premium King Room at a rate of €259 per night. When making the reservation one month in advance, I explicitly added a note stating a preference for a premium room with a bath. Given the price point, I reasonably expected this preference to be checked against availability, or to be informed in advance if it could not be accommodated. That way we would have had time to switch rooms.I never received a response.Day of arrival, we checked in. No bath in our room. I asked the front desk how that could be the case, and if there was another room available. This is how (part of) the conversation went, word for word:"You booked a premium room. Unfortunately they don't have baths.""We saw on the booking page that some of them could have a bath.""I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Please show me where you read that. None of our premium rooms have a bath. So I can't just [magically] put one in there for you."Those remarks really have no place in a four-star hotel. Professionally, it was weak and dismissive. The correct approach would have been to acknowledge my booking note, apologize for the lack of pre-arrival communication, and calmly explain the situation. If expectations are not managed in advance, the customer should never be blamed for having them upon arrival. A huge mistake was made here. The conversation went nowhere and we walked away with two soft drink vouchers. Not quite fit for a €259/night premium room, failed expectation management and an unprofessional interaction.Adding to the frustration: during check-out the next morning, a different front desk employee (she was very friendly) told us that two premium rooms do in fact have a bath. That directly contradicts what we were told the night before.
Very nice hotel a little bit outside Duesseldorf centre and very close to the airport, modern and comfy room including Nespresso machine and an excellent breakfast buffet. There is a quite big parking in front of the hotel which was free, at least for the stay over one night I had. The gym in the hotel is really well equipped, at least two treadmills and even a Peloton bike - the photos in booking.com do not even come close to do the size and quality of the gym justice.
The maintenance of the gym can be improved: Small things, but they show if one of the staff members really cares: The safety clip of the treadmill was rusty and not usable, needs to be replaced, the butterfly machine did not run smoothly the second time I wanted to use it, there was a blockage or twist of the rubber belts lifting the weights.
Liked the large rooms, bathroom, dressing room area along with tea and coffee plus the balcony and views. Not forgetting the fabulous Skybar.
We ordered a Queen sized bed and as a couple we were placed in a single bed. As it was late and we were tired we stayed in it, although it wasn’t pleasant. We were moved the next morning after bringing it to receptions attention. We were not refreshed for our busy day ahead. The only other thing we didn’t like was the lighting in the bedrooms being too dim. It made getting ready a little more difficult.
Location
Staff none responsive room cleaning poor
Very neat and well maintained
A bit out of the way from tourism destinations. Very costly to move around.
The room is spacious, and the bed is comfy. The expresso machine in the room made a difference in my experience.
To start with, the possibility of not having an extra hour at check out, where check out is 11 am. Out of any international hotel standards. The lack of multi language instruction. English is not in the menu, and I was charged for complementary water. Each small bottle is 4 EUR, where my colleague was not. I have precisely asked the room service about that, and they informed during my stay that it was complementary. The breakfast is Europe standard, not my favorite, but it was ok for those who do not need much to start the day.
Stayed with a colleague for two nights. The facilities are great, the room was big and comfy. The breakfast more than enough. The view was also remarkable. The people working in the hotel friendly.
Room area was good for 3 adults. Beds were clean and comfortable
Staff at check in were not friendly, the bathroom design is a disaster the wc was squeezed between 2 walls and it was not comfortable at all! Balcony had no chairs or tables so it was useless
Great location, quiet, really clean and the lobby smelled great!
The shower! Showers that don’t fully close (shower head kept swiveling away from the “door”) make such a mess, water ends up literally everywhere and it’s such a waste of towels to dry the floor/toilet/counter.. I know these types of shower are the norm now but I think they’re so inefficient and wasteful.
